【摘要】：研究明日葉對(duì)過(guò)度訓(xùn)練致大鼠胃腸功能紊亂的作用。建立雄性大鼠過(guò)度訓(xùn)練模型,觀(guān)察過(guò)度訓(xùn)練組、補(bǔ)充明日葉組的大鼠腸道主要菌群雙歧桿菌、大腸桿菌數(shù)量,腸道代謝產(chǎn)物脲酶、β-半乳糖苷酶活性和主要SCFA含量,以及血漿內(nèi)毒素、組織勻漿SIg A含量的變化。與正常對(duì)照組比較,過(guò)度訓(xùn)練組雙歧桿菌數(shù)量及B/E比值顯著升高,大腸桿菌數(shù)量顯著降低;β-半乳糖苷酶活性及主要SCFA乙酸、丁酸含量顯著降低,脲酶活性顯著升高;組織勻漿SIg A含量顯著下降,而血漿內(nèi)毒素含量顯著升高。補(bǔ)充明日葉組各指標(biāo)與對(duì)照組比較均無(wú)顯著差異。結(jié)果表明,明日葉能夠從腸道菌群、腸道代謝產(chǎn)物及腸道屏障等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)腸道微生態(tài)進(jìn)行綜合調(diào)理,促進(jìn)腸道健康。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of tomorrow leaf on gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by overtraining in rats. The overtraining model of male rats was established to observe the activities of bifidobacterium, Escherichia coli, urease, 尾 -galactosidase and main SCFA in the intestinal tract of rats in the overtraining group and the supplement group. The changes of plasma endotoxin and SIg A content in tissue homogenate. Compared with the control group, the number of Bifidobacterium and the ratio of B / E in the overtraining group increased significantly, the number of Escherichia coli decreased significantly, the activity of 尾 -galactosidase and the main SCFA acetic acid and butyric acid decreased significantly, and the activity of urease increased significantly. The content of SIg A in tissue homogenate decreased significantly, while the plasma endotoxin content increased significantly. There was no significant difference in each index between the group supplemented with tomorrow leaf and the control group. The results showed that the microecology of intestinal tract could be treated comprehensively by tomorrow's leaves from the aspects of intestinal flora, intestinal metabolites and intestinal barrier, so as to promote intestinal health.
