【摘要】：正患者男,62歲,因"左側(cè)腰部不適4個(gè)月"入院。高血壓病史4年,查體及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查未見異常。CT平掃見左側(cè)腹膜后類圓形軟組織腫塊影,大小13.2cm×9.8cm,密度不均,中心有壞死,與左側(cè)腰大肌分界不清,CT值19.7~42.9 HU。增強(qiáng)掃描動(dòng)脈期病灶輕中度強(qiáng)化,CT值30.6~86.9 HU,瘤內(nèi)與瘤周見粗大血管(圖1A);門靜脈期持續(xù)強(qiáng)化(圖1B);延遲期掃描腫瘤實(shí)質(zhì)成分趨于均勻,壞死區(qū)無強(qiáng)化(圖1C)。左腎受壓向
[Abstract]:The patient, 62 years old, was admitted to hospital because of left waist discomfort for 4 months. History of Hypertension for 4 years, body examination and laboratory examination showed no abnormality. Ct plain scan showed the left retroperitoneal round soft tissue mass, 13.2cm 脳 9.8 cm in size, uneven density, necrosis in the center, and left psoas major muscle was indistinct from the left psoas major muscle. The CT value was 19.7 ~ 42.9 HU.. The CT value of the lesions in arterial phase was 30.6 ~ 86.9 HU, (Fig. 1A), continuous enhancement in portal vein (Fig. 1B), homogenization of tumor parenchyma in delayed phase and no enhancement in necrotic region (Fig. 1C).
