【摘要】：目的綜合分析超聲引導(dǎo)(ultrasonic guidance)聯(lián)合彈性成像技術(shù)(ultrasonic guidance)在淺表淋巴結(jié)穿刺活檢中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法在2015年6月至2016年7月,選取在我院收治的76例淋巴結(jié)腫大合并惡性腫瘤患者臨床資料作為研究對(duì)象,按照入院順序隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,每組均為38例。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)超聲引導(dǎo)下淺表淋巴結(jié)穿刺活檢取樣方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用超聲引導(dǎo)聯(lián)合彈性成像技術(shù)淺表淋巴結(jié)穿刺活檢取樣方法。采用SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析兩組患者的取樣成功率和取樣準(zhǔn)確率。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的取樣成功率和取樣準(zhǔn)確率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)聯(lián)合彈性成像技術(shù)淺表淋巴結(jié)穿刺活檢中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值比較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound guided (ultrasonic guidance) combined with elastic imaging (ultrasonic guidance) in superficial lymph node biopsy. Methods from June 2015 to July 2016, 76 patients with lymphadenopathy and malignant tumor admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The control group was sampled by routine ultrasound guided superficial lymph node biopsy, and the experimental group by ultrasonic guidance combined with elastic imaging technique. SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the sampling success rate and sampling accuracy of the two groups. Results the sampling success rate and sampling accuracy of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided combined elastic imaging is of high value in superficial lymph node biopsy.
