【摘要】：目的:通過錐形束CT自帶Romexis軟件測量慢性牙周炎牙周基礎(chǔ)治療前和6個(gè)月后牙槽骨高度的改變,以此尋求一種具有良好的可行性、可重復(fù)性、無創(chuàng)性的牙槽骨測量方法。方法:隨機(jī)抽取中度慢性牙周炎患者16名。每位患者牙周基礎(chǔ)治療前行首次錐形束CT影像檢查,再行系統(tǒng)的牙周基礎(chǔ)治療,3個(gè)月后行全口潔治術(shù),6個(gè)月后行二次錐形束CT檢查。由兩名熟練程度相近的口腔醫(yī)師通過錐形束CT自帶Romexis軟件分別測量每位患者牙周基礎(chǔ)治療前后兩次影像的右下頜第一磨牙和右上頜中切牙的頰舌側(cè)釉牙骨質(zhì)界到牙槽嵴頂?shù)木嚯x。結(jié)果:中度慢性牙周炎牙周基礎(chǔ)治療前后右下第一磨牙、右上中切牙牙槽骨高度均有顯著增加,切牙(P0.0001),磨牙(P0.0001);不同測量人員間所測的中度慢性牙周炎患者治療前后牙槽骨高度的變化無顯著差異,切牙(P=0.55),磨牙(P=0.19)。結(jié)論:錐形束CT自帶軟件可對慢性牙周炎患者的牙槽骨進(jìn)行自定點(diǎn)測量,且該定點(diǎn)測量的方法具有良好的可重復(fù)性和可行性,可對牙槽骨的高度進(jìn)行無創(chuàng)的準(zhǔn)確測量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the alveolar bone height of chronic periodontitis before and after 6 months of periodontal treatment with conical bundle CT Romexis software, so as to find a feasible, reproducible and noninvasive method for measuring alveolar bone. Methods: 16 patients with moderate chronic periodontitis were randomly selected. The first conical bundle CT imaging was performed before basic periodontal treatment, and then the systemic periodontal basic therapy was performed. After 3 months, the complete oral scaling was performed, and the second conical bundle CT was performed 6 months later. The bone boundary of the right first molar and the middle incisor of the right mandible were measured by two similar dentists using the cone-bundle CT Romexis software before and after basic periodontal treatment. The distance from the top of the alveolar ridge. Results: the alveolar bone height of right lower first molar and right upper incisor increased significantly before and after basic periodontal treatment for moderate chronic periodontitis. Incisor (P 0.0001), molar (P 0.0001), alveolar bone height (P _ (0.55) and molar (P _ (0.19) of moderate chronic periodontitis measured by different measurements had no significant difference before and after treatment. Conclusion: the conical bundle CT software can be used to measure the alveolar bone in patients with chronic periodontitis. The method has good reproducibility and feasibility, and it can be used to measure the height of alveolar bone.
