前臂屈伸肌肌力比與舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)員腕痛關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的腕痛為舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)常見的傷病,選擇性的放松屈伸肌能緩解大部分癥狀。目前國內(nèi)外從肌肉骨關(guān)節(jié)平衡的角度去分析運(yùn)動(dòng)員腕痛的研究較少,而前臂屈伸肌肌力比例失調(diào)或許會(huì)導(dǎo)致舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)員腕痛增加。通過力量訓(xùn)練人為改變舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)員前臂的屈伸肌肌力,探討前臂屈伸肌力比與舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)員腕痛的關(guān)系。方法選取22名成都體育學(xué)院舉重隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為屈肌干預(yù)組和伸肌干預(yù)組,運(yùn)用KEISER 003020PP對(duì)受試者前臂屈伸肌肌力進(jìn)行測(cè)試,根據(jù)肌力測(cè)試結(jié)果得出干預(yù)負(fù)荷,分別對(duì)屈、伸肌組進(jìn)行6周力量訓(xùn)練干預(yù),將兩組干預(yù)前后腕痛頻率、功能評(píng)分進(jìn)行配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn),干預(yù)后屈肌組與伸肌組腕痛頻率進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn),干預(yù)前后的腕痛頻率、功能評(píng)分以及肌力比進(jìn)行Pearson相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果腕痛頻率:屈、伸肌組右腕干預(yù)前后腕痛頻率有顯著差異(P0.05),屈肌組升高,伸肌組降低;左腕無顯著差異。屈、伸肌組右腕干預(yù)后組間腕痛頻率存在顯著差異(P0.05),屈肌組高于伸肌組;左腕無顯著差異。功能評(píng)分:屈、伸肌組干預(yù)前后腕關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分存在顯著差異(P0.05),屈肌組降低,伸肌組升高。相關(guān)性:干預(yù)前與干預(yù)后,肌力比與腕痛頻率、功能評(píng)分不存在顯著線性相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)員腕痛與前臂屈伸肌力比失調(diào)有關(guān),前臂伸肌訓(xùn)練能改善舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)員的腕痛程度,對(duì)腕痛的頻率則無確切影響。
[Abstract]:Objective wrist pain is a common injury in weightlifting. Selective relaxation of flexion and extensor muscle can relieve most of the symptoms. At present, there is little research on carpal pain in athletes from the angle of muscle bone and joint balance, and the imbalance of muscle force ratio of forearm flexion and extensor muscle may lead to the increase of wrist pain in weightlifters. The relationship between forearm flexion and extensor muscle force ratio and wrist pain of weightlifters was discussed by means of strength training to change the muscle strength of forearm flexion and extensor muscle of weightlifters. Methods 22 athletes from the weightlifting team of Chengdu Institute of physical Education were randomly divided into flexor muscle intervention group and extensor muscle intervention group. KEISER 003020PP was used to test the forearm flexion and extensor muscle strength, and the intervention load was obtained according to the results of muscle strength test. The flexor and extensor groups were treated with strength training for 6 weeks respectively. The frequency of wrist pain and the score of function before and after intervention were tested by paired sample T test. After intervention, the frequency of wrist pain in flexor group and extensor group were tested by independent sample T test. The frequency of wrist pain, functional score and muscle strength ratio were analyzed by Pearson before and after intervention. Results the frequency of carpal pain in flexor and extensor group was significantly different before and after right wrist intervention (P0.05). The frequency of carpal pain increased in flexor group and decreased in extensor group, but there was no significant difference in left wrist. The frequency of carpal pain in flexor and extensor group was higher than that in extensor muscle group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in left wrist. Functional score: flexion, extensor group before and after intervention there was significant difference in wrist function score (P0.05), flexor group decreased, extensor group increased. Correlation: there was no significant linear correlation between muscle strength ratio and wrist pain frequency and functional score before and after intervention (P0.05). Conclusion Carpal pain of weightlifters is related to the imbalance of forearm flexion and extensor muscle ratio. Forearm extensor muscle training can improve the degree of carpal pain of weightlifters, but has no definite effect on the frequency of carpal pain.
