【摘要】：正0引言護理安全是護理質(zhì)量的基礎,是優(yōu)質(zhì)服務的關鍵,也是防范和減少醫(yī)療事故及糾紛的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著療養(yǎng)院接收療養(yǎng)對象結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,各種醫(yī)療護理活動日趨復雜,隨之出現(xiàn)越來越多的護理安全問題。療養(yǎng)院的干部療養(yǎng)主要服務對象是離退休干部,他們年齡大,病種多,病情的復雜多變,對療養(yǎng)院的護理安全管理提出了更高的要求1一般資料濟南軍區(qū)青島第二療養(yǎng)院是離休老干部療養(yǎng)、康復、體檢基地。目前療養(yǎng)院共有兩個療樓,床位248張。2013年至
