【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用雙源CT探討經(jīng)臨床診斷為冠心病的男性患者冠脈狹窄程度、支數(shù)及不同狹窄血管與左室功能指數(shù)（LVEF、LVSV、LVMM）改變之間的關(guān)系。方法:77例患者行雙源CT（DSCT）冠脈CTA檢查，使用Circulation軟件對(duì)冠脈狹窄進(jìn)行分析；使用CT Cardiac Function軟件計(jì)算出左心室心肌質(zhì)量（MM）、左心室每搏輸出量（SV）、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（EF）值。分別對(duì)冠脈狹窄程度、狹窄支數(shù)、狹窄的不同血管與LVEF、LVSV、LVMM測量值改變之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果:冠狀動(dòng)脈血管輕度與重度狹窄組、中度與重度狹窄組、單支與三支病變組及兩支與三支病變組LVMM、LVSV、LVEF差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；輕度與中度狹窄組及單支與兩支血管病變組LVSV、LVEF差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），LVMM值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。當(dāng)單支血管呈中、重度病變時(shí)，只有左前降支組LVMM、LVSV、LVEF值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。結(jié)論:冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度越重、狹窄支數(shù)越多對(duì)左心室功能損害越大，其中左前降支狹窄對(duì)左心室功能損害最大。冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄時(shí)LVMM是較LVEF、LVSV更早期出現(xiàn)變化的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the degree of coronary stenosis, number of coronary artery stenosis and the changes of left ventricular function index (LVMM) in male patients with coronary artery disease (CHD) by dual source CT. Methods 77 patients were examined with dual-source CT (DSCT) coronary CTA and analyzed by Circulation software, and the left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) of left ventricular mass (MM), (MM),) was calculated by CT Cardiac Function software. The relationship between the degree of coronary stenosis, the number of stenotic branches, the different vessels of stenosis and the changes of LVMM measured by LVEFN LVSVM were studied. Results: there were significant differences in LVMMV VEF between mild and severe coronary artery stenosis group, moderate and severe stenosis group, single vessel group and three vessel lesion group, and two vessel group and three vessel lesion group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in LVSVT LVEF between mild and moderate stenosis group and between single vessel group and two vessel disease group (P0.05). When the single vessel showed moderate or severe lesions, only the left anterior descending branch LVMMN LVSVE LVEF values were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion: the more severe the coronary artery stenosis, the greater the left ventricular function damage caused by the number of stenosis branches, in which the left anterior descending branch stenosis is the most harmful to left ventricular function. LVMM is a more early indicator of changes in coronary artery stenosis than LVEFN LVSV.
