【摘要】：目的：探討孤立性肺結(jié)節(jié)空間分布特征及伴隨惡性征象二者間的關(guān)系。方法：收集188例孤立性肺結(jié)節(jié)，根據(jù)結(jié)節(jié)所處位置與支氣管的關(guān)系，由肺門向胸膜側(cè)將肺野分為內(nèi)側(cè)帶、中間帶及外側(cè)帶；然后再由肺尖向肺底，依據(jù)肺葉分布區(qū)域分為上野、中野及下野；最后再將所有結(jié)節(jié)伴隨的惡性征象與分布區(qū)域進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：在188例孤立性肺結(jié)節(jié)中，位于內(nèi)側(cè)帶、中間帶、外側(cè)帶的結(jié)節(jié)數(shù)，分別為7例、57例、124例，相應(yīng)具有惡性征象的結(jié)節(jié)數(shù)分別為1例、34例、107例，經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)及分析得到總體2=29.75，組間2值分別為5.18,16.10和23.73，P值均＜0.05，總體及組間均存在明顯差異性；而位于上野、中野、下野的結(jié)節(jié)數(shù)，依次為84例、18例、86例，相應(yīng)具有的惡性征象的結(jié)節(jié)數(shù)分別為69例、10例、63例，經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得到總體2=6.11，P＜0.05，而組間2值分別為6.00，2.23和1.93，，后兩組P＞0.05，組間不存在差異性。結(jié)論：孤立性肺結(jié)節(jié)所具有的惡性征象與分布區(qū)域在橫向空間具有差異性，在縱向空間不具有差異性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the spatial distribution of solitary pulmonary nodules and the relationship between them. Methods: 188 cases of solitary pulmonary nodules were collected and divided into medial zone, intermediate zone and lateral zone from hilar to pleural side according to the relationship between the location of the nodules and the bronchi, and then from the tip of the lung to the lung bottom, and then to the upper field according to the distribution region of the lobes. Finally, the malignant signs and distribution of all the nodules were statistically analyzed. Results: in 188 solitary pulmonary nodules, the number of nodules located in medial zone, intermediate zone and lateral zone was 124 cases in 57 cases and 107 cases in 34 cases with malignant signs, respectively. The data statistics and analysis of data analysis software showed that the total value was 20.75, the values of 2 were 5.180.10 and 23.73 P < 0.05, respectively, and there were significant differences between the two groups, while the number of nodules in the upper, middle and lower fields were 84 cases, 18 cases and 86 cases, respectively, and there were significant differences between the two groups in the number of nodules in the upper field, the middle field and the lower field, respectively, in which 86 cases were found in the upper field, middle field and lower field. The number of malignant nodules in 69 cases and 10 cases were 63 cases respectively. Statistical analysis showed that the total number of malignant nodules was 26.11 (P < 0.05), while the value of 2 was 6.002.23 and 1.93 between the two groups respectively, and there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the malignant signs and distribution of solitary pulmonary nodules are different in transverse space and not in longitudinal space.
