【摘要】：正近日閱讀發(fā)表于貴刊的一篇文章《自體干細胞介入治療糖尿病足臨床效果觀察》(田紅岸,余開湖,林鳳平,等.自體干細胞介入治療糖尿病足臨床效果觀察.介入放射學(xué)雜志,2016,25:1040-1043.),該文作者將61例糖尿病足患者隨機分為3組,分別給予單純PTA、自體骨髓干細胞(AMSC)移植、PTA聯(lián)合AMSC移植治療,隨訪9個月發(fā)現(xiàn)PTA聯(lián)合AMSC移植組總有效率優(yōu)于另外兩組,且下肢血管狹窄復(fù)發(fā)率低于另外兩組;作者認為PTA聯(lián)合AMSC移植治療糖尿病足安全、有效,療效優(yōu)于單純PTA及單純AMSC移植治療。仔細閱讀該文有以下疑惑:(1)作者未提及該研究是否通過了倫理委員會批準,其中一組患者只是經(jīng)導(dǎo)管給予局部注射
[Abstract]:Recently read an article published in your journal, "observation on the Clinical effect of Autologous Stem Cell Interventional Therapy on Diabetic foot" (Tian Hongan, Yu Kaihu, Lin Fengping, et al.) Clinical effect of autologous stem cell intervention on diabetic foot. The authors randomly divided 61 patients with diabetic foot into three groups: single (AMSC), autologous bone marrow stem cell (AMSC) transplantation combined with AMSC transplantation. 9 months follow-up showed that the total effective rate of PTA combined with AMSC transplantation group was better than that of the other two groups, and the recurrence rate of lower extremity vascular stenosis was lower than that of the other two groups. The authors considered that PTA combined with AMSC transplantation was safe and effective in the treatment of diabetic foot. The curative effect was superior to that of PTA and AMSC transplantation alone. Read this article carefully with the following doubts: (1) the authors did not mention whether the study was approved by the Ethics Committee, and one group of patients was given only a local injection through the cathete
