延遲性肌肉酸痛與骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞:骨骼肌損傷的修復(fù)

【摘要】:背景:長時(shí)間或高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)出現(xiàn)的骨骼肌纖維損傷是導(dǎo)致骨骼肌損傷直接原因。目的:文章從修復(fù)骨骼肌損傷的客觀實(shí)際出發(fā),提出骨骼肌損傷后產(chǎn)生的延遲性肌肉酸痛與骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞之間存在某種關(guān)系。方法:檢索1961年2月至2015年2月中國知網(wǎng)和Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫中相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,中文檢索詞:延遲性肌肉酸痛;骨骼肌損傷;骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞;調(diào)節(jié)因子;英文檢索詞:Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness;Satellite Cells,Skeletal Muscle;Myogenic Regulatory Factors。納入59篇國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),對(duì)骨骼肌損傷伴隨的延遲性肌肉疼痛的發(fā)生機(jī)制做一探討。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:骨骼肌微損傷主要涉及肌細(xì)胞生物膜、細(xì)胞骨架、肌小節(jié)、線粒體等超微結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞和細(xì)胞代謝功能紊亂,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致骨骼肌收縮功能下降,期間常伴有延遲性肌肉酸痛,其中以離心運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)骨骼肌纖維的微細(xì)損傷最為顯著;延遲性酸痛的骨骼肌特殊微環(huán)境一定程度上刺激骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞生長因子的分泌,持續(xù)大強(qiáng)度離心運(yùn)動(dòng)引發(fā)的延遲性肌肉酸痛的發(fā)生時(shí)序與骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞增殖時(shí)序存在一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Background: skeletal muscle damage caused by long or high intensity exercise is a direct cause of skeletal muscle injury. Objective: from the objective reality of repairing skeletal muscle injury, the article proposed that delayed muscle pain after skeletal muscle injury and skeletal muscle satellite cells were related to some relationship. Methods: retrieval from February 1961 to 2015 2 Relevant literature in the Chinese knowledge network and the Pub Med database, Chinese retrieval words: delayed muscle pain, skeletal muscle injury; skeletal muscle satellite cells; regulatory factors; English retrieval words: Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness; Satellite Cells, Skeletal Muscle; Myogenic Regulatory, including 59 domestic and foreign documents, with skeletal muscle injury companion The mechanism of delayed muscle pain is discussed. Results and conclusions: skeletal muscle micro injury mainly involves the myosembrane, cytoskeleton, muscle segments, mitochondria and other ultrastructural damage and cell metabolic dysfunction, which leads to the decrease of skeletal muscle contraction function, which is often accompanied by delayed muscle soreness, which is transported by centrifugation. The micro injury of skeletal muscle fibers is the most significant. The special microenvironment of skeletal muscle in delayed pain stimulates the secretion of the growth factor of skeletal muscle satellite cell, and the time series of delayed muscle pain caused by continuous large intensity centrifugal movement has certain correlation with the time sequence of skeletal muscle satellite cell proliferation.
