超聲造影對小肝癌多電極冷循環(huán)射頻消融的近期療效評估

【摘要】:目的探討應用CEUS評估多電極冷循環(huán)射頻消融(RFA)治療小肝癌后腫瘤滅活程度的價值。方法對49例小肝癌患者(63處病灶)RFA治療前后分別進行常規(guī)超聲、CEUS檢查及增強CT檢查,評估病灶完全消融及局部殘留情況。結果 RFA治療前,CEUS測量病灶最大徑為(2.47±0.53)cm,常規(guī)超聲測值為(2.12±0.57)cm,二者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-4.907,P0.05)。CEUS測量病灶面積為(6.50±1.26)cm2,常規(guī)超聲測值為(5.43±1.06)cm2,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-6.867,P0.05)。CEUS與增強CT對病灶檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=0.25,P0.05)。RFA治療后,CEUS判斷腫瘤完全滅活與局部殘留情況與增強CT差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=0.50,P0.05)。結論 CEUS可用于評估小肝癌RFA治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of CEUS in the evaluation of tumor inactivation after multi-electrode cold circulation radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) for small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods 49 patients with small liver cancer (63 lesions) were examined by conventional ultrasound CEUs and enhanced CT before and after RFA treatment to evaluate the complete ablation and local residual of the lesions. Results before RFA treatment, the maximum diameter of lesions measured by CEUs was (2.47 鹵0.53) cm and that by conventional ultrasound was (2.12 鹵0.57) cm. There was a significant difference between CEUS and enhanced CT in detecting lesion area (6.50 鹵1.26) cm ~ (2) and conventional ultrasound (5.43 鹵1.06) cm ~ (2), respectively. There was no significant difference in the rate of tumor inactivation and local residual after RFA treatment (蠂 2 / 0.25 P 0.05). There was no significant difference between CEUs and enhanced CT (蠂 2 / 0.50 P 0.05). Conclusion CEUS can be used to evaluate the efficacy of RFA in the treatment of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
