【摘要】：正在骨骼系統(tǒng)腫瘤中,纖維黏液瘤最早發(fā)現(xiàn)以頜骨為特發(fā)部位,后有除頜骨外其它各骨的纖維黏液瘤的報(bào)道,特稱之為"頜骨外"纖維黏液瘤,如長(zhǎng)骨纖維黏液瘤,此類文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道極少~([1-3])。病例男,73歲,于2年前發(fā)現(xiàn)右肘內(nèi)側(cè)腫物,質(zhì)硬,無(wú)觸痛,右肘活動(dòng)無(wú)受限,屈肘時(shí)間斷性疼痛。查體:右肘關(guān)節(jié)尺側(cè)可觸及大小約3.0 cm×3.0 cm腫物,表面皮膚無(wú)紅腫及靜脈怒張,質(zhì)硬,表面光滑,與周圍組織邊界清,壓痛,右肘關(guān)節(jié)及右手活動(dòng)無(wú)明顯受限,右前臂感覺(jué)良好,末梢血運(yùn)正常。X線平片所見(jiàn):右尺骨近端靠近鷹嘴處可見(jiàn)類橢圓形低密度
[Abstract]:In the skeletal system tumor, fibronial myxoma is the first discovery of the maxilla as a specific location, and then reports of fibrous myxoma in the other bone except the jaw. It is known as the "external maxillofacial" myxoma, such as the long bone fibrous myxoma, such as the long bone fibrous myxoma. This kind of literature reports very few ~ ([1-3]). The case male, 73 years old, found the right elbow medial mass 2 years ago. Pain, right elbow movement without restriction, elbow flexion time pain. Examination body: the ulnar side of the right elbow can touch the size of about 3 cm x 3 cm, the surface skin has no red swelling and venous irritation, hard, smooth surface, clear boundary with the surrounding tissue, pressure pain, right elbow joint and right hand movement without explicit restriction, right forearm feeling good, the end blood is normal. X x flat film Seen: near the right ulna near the olecranon, visible oval low density.
