【摘要】：目的:分析冠狀動(dòng)脈迂曲患者的臨床特點(diǎn)和迂曲血管分布以及左心舒張功能受損之間的關(guān)系。方法:運(yùn)用640層螺旋CT檢查出47例冠狀動(dòng)脈血管成像無明顯狹窄而有冠狀動(dòng)脈迂曲患者,并進(jìn)行超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查。結(jié)果:47例冠狀動(dòng)脈迂曲患者,男22例,女25例,合并高血壓有35例,共發(fā)現(xiàn)141段迂曲血管段,25例輕度,19例中度,3例重度,以前降支遠(yuǎn)段、回旋支遠(yuǎn)段、左室后支多見。左心室舒張功能減退者38例,E/A1的38例,E/A=1的7例,E/A1的2例。結(jié)論:冠狀動(dòng)脈迂曲與高血壓有一定關(guān)系,迂曲血管主要分布于左心室心肌供血?jiǎng)用},冠狀動(dòng)脈迂曲患者多有左室舒張功能減退,兩者共同作用導(dǎo)致冠狀動(dòng)脈血流儲(chǔ)備能力下降,是患者出現(xiàn)類似冠心病癥狀的重要原因。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the relationship between the clinical features, the distribution of tortuous vessels and the impaired left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary artery detour. Methods: Sixty-four slice spiral CT was used to detect 47 patients with coronary artery detour without obvious stenosis and echocardiography. Results there were 47 cases of coronary artery detour, including 22 males, 25 females and 35 patients with hypertension. A total of 25 patients with 141 segmental tortuous vascular segments were found to be mild or severe in 19 patients. The anterior descending branch, distal circumflex branch, and posterior left ventricular branch were more common than those in the anterior descending branch, the distal circumflex branch and the posterior left ventricular branch. Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was found in 38 cases of E / A 1 and 7 cases of E / A 1 and 2 cases of E / A 1. Conclusion: there is a certain relationship between coronary artery detour and hypertension. The tortuous vessels are mainly distributed in the left ventricular myocardial supplying artery, and the left ventricular diastolic function is decreased in the patients with coronary artery detour. The combined action leads to the decrease of coronary blood flow reserve, which is an important cause of coronary heart disease symptoms.
