【摘要】：正患者女,27歲。無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)右膝部疼痛半年,活動(dòng)稍受限,休息時(shí)明顯,夜間加重。專(zhuān)科檢查:右膝部略腫脹,皮膚無(wú)發(fā)紅,皮溫較健側(cè)略高,股骨遠(yuǎn)端壓痛,膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)稍受限。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:腫瘤標(biāo)志物、堿性磷酸酶、血沉均陰性;血紅蛋白濃度99g/l(↓),紅細(xì)胞壓積31.2%(↓)。CT:右股骨遠(yuǎn)端不規(guī)則溶骨性骨質(zhì)破壞,邊界不清,內(nèi)有殘存骨
[Abstract]:The patient is 27 years old. There is no obvious cause of pain in the right knee for half a year, activity is limited, rest is obvious, night aggravation. Special examination: the right knee is slightly swollen, the skin is not reddish, the skin temperature is slightly higher than the healthy side, the distal femur tenderness, the knee joint movement is limited slightly. Laboratory tests: tumor markers, alkaline phosphatase, ESR negative; hemoglobin concentration: 99g/l, hematocrit 31. 2%. CT: irregular osteolytic bone destruction of distal right femur, boundary unclear, residual bone in it.
