淺談兩種X線攝影系統(tǒng)拍攝胸片圖像的質(zhì)量對比效果

【摘要】:目的:探討在胸片拍攝中采用計算機(jī)X線攝影(CR)與直接數(shù)字化X線攝影(DR)的質(zhì)量比較。方法:將我院2013年10月-2015年10月接受胸片檢查的患者400例選為研究對象,依據(jù)胸片拍攝方式劃分為兩組,其中CR組與DR組各200例,對比兩組胸片圖像質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 :CR組5.5%為甲級片,92.5%為乙級片,2.0%為廢片;DR組15.0%為甲級片,85.0%為乙級片,無廢片,兩組甲級片率對比差異明顯(P0.05);CR組合格率為95.0%,10張因IP板出現(xiàn)掃描故障而重拍,DR組合格率為100.0%,對比無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:當(dāng)前拍攝胸片圖像主要應(yīng)用CR與DR,二者有其共性,但是DR圖像質(zhì)量更優(yōu),幾乎無重拍現(xiàn)象,便于臨床診斷,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the quality of computed radiography (CR) and direct digital radiography (Dr) in chest radiography. Methods: 400 patients who received chest radiographs from October 2013 to October 2015 were divided into two groups according to the mode of chest radiography, 200 cases in CR group and 200 cases in Dr group. The quality of chest radiography was compared between the two groups. Results in the control group, 95% of them were grade A tablets, 92.5% were grade B tablets, 2.0% were waste tablets, 15.0% were grade A tablets, 85.0% were grade A tablets, and there were no scrap tablets. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05) the qualified rate of CR group was 95.0% and the eligible rate of rebeat Dr group was 100.0because of IP board scanning fault. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: CR and DR2 are mainly used in chest radiography at present, but the quality of Dr images is better and there is almost no reshoot phenomenon, which is easy to diagnose and worth popularizing.
