【摘要】：正經(jīng)皮腎鏡取石術(shù)后常需要評(píng)估輸尿管通暢程度,傳統(tǒng)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要是通過腎造瘺管注射造影劑在X光透視下行輸尿管造影,然而此方法使患者暴露于電離輻射,且存在造影劑過敏反應(yīng)等不良反應(yīng)。美國的Chi等學(xué)者獨(dú)辟蹊徑,選擇從腎造瘺管注射
[Abstract]:After percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteral patency often needs to be evaluated. The traditional evaluation criteria are ureterography by injecting contrast media into the nephrostomy tube in X-ray fluoroscopy, but this method exposes patients to ionizing radiation. And there are contrast agent allergic reactions and other adverse reactions. Chi and other scholars in the United States have made a unique choice of injection from the nephrostomy tube.
