【摘要】：目的:探討自適應(yīng)統(tǒng)計迭代重建(ASIR)技術(shù)對成人肝臟CT增強掃描的門靜脈成像質(zhì)量的影響。方法:2015年3月-2015年12月的68例受試者在64排128層螺旋CT上行肝臟CT增強檢查。圖像重建分別采用FBP和100%ASIR兩種方法。由2名高年資影像診斷醫(yī)師采用雙盲法分別對FBP和ASIR重建出的肝臟門靜脈期VR圖像進行主觀評價。分別手工記錄肝實質(zhì)、門靜脈的CT值。計算門靜脈對比噪聲比(CNR)。對于圖像質(zhì)量的主觀分析采用非參數(shù)Wilcoxon符號秩和檢驗方法,對于分析所需時間及CNR的比較采用配對t檢驗方法。結(jié)果:對肝臟增強CT門靜脈期VR圖像的主觀評分,FBP為1.81±0.64,ASIR為2.50±0.83(P0.05)。兩種方法的門靜脈CT值及肝實質(zhì)CT值間差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩種方法背景噪聲間差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(FBP為18.4±2.5,ASIR為6.9±2.3,P0.05)。ASIR重建的圖像的CNR高于FBP重建的圖像(分別為5.56±1.91、1.99±0.51)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ASIR技術(shù)可以有效提高肝臟增強CT檢查門靜脈成像的CNR及圖像質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction (ASIR) on portal vein imaging quality of CT enhanced scanning of adult liver. Methods: from March 2015 to December 2015, 68 subjects were examined by ascending CT in 64 slice 128 slice spiral CT. The two methods of image reconstruction are FBP and 100 and ASIR, respectively. Two senior imaging diagnostics were used to evaluate the VR images of liver portal vein reconstructed by FBP and ASIR respectively by double blind method. Ct values of hepatic parenchyma and portal vein were recorded manually. Portal vein contrast noise ratio (CNR) was calculated. The nonparametric Wilcoxon symbolic rank sum test is used for subjective analysis of image quality, and the paired t test method is used for the comparison of analysis time and CNR. Results: the subjective score of VR in portal phase of hepatic enhanced CT was 1.81 鹵0.64 and ASIR was 2.50 鹵0.83 (P0.05). There was no significant difference in portal CT value and hepatic parenchyma CT value between the two methods (P0.05). The difference of background noise between the two methods was statistically significant (FBP 18.4 鹵2.5A ASIR 6.9 鹵2.3p0.05). The CNR of ASIR reconstructed images was higher than that of FBP reconstruction images (5.56 鹵1.91 鹵1.99 鹵0.51) (P0.05). Conclusion% ASIR technique can effectively improve CNR and image quality of hepatic enhanced CT in portal vein imaging.
