【摘要】：目的:探討心率對左心功能指數(shù)、主動(dòng)脈強(qiáng)化CT值和延遲時(shí)間的影響。方法:連續(xù)選擇進(jìn)行冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA的患者74例,在對比劑注射參數(shù)相同的情況下,按照心率分為低心率組(≤75次/分)和高心率組(75次/分)。所得數(shù)據(jù)在0%~90%R-R間期以10%為間隔進(jìn)行重組,分析心輸出量、每搏輸出量和射血分?jǐn)?shù),測量兩組主動(dòng)脈強(qiáng)化CT值和延遲時(shí)間。并對兩組間的差異進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:在對比劑注射參數(shù)相同的情況下,高心率組心輸出量高于低心率組(t=3.908,P0.05),但高心率組主動(dòng)脈強(qiáng)化CT值和延遲時(shí)間均低于低心率組(t=2.536,3.454,P均0.05)。結(jié)論:掌握不同心率下心功能指數(shù)、主動(dòng)脈強(qiáng)化CT值及延遲時(shí)間的變化有助于冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA掃描中對比劑注射參數(shù)的設(shè)定,獲得優(yōu)良的圖像質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of heart rate on the left heart function index, the CT value and the delay time of the aorta. Methods: 74 patients with coronary artery CTA were selected continuously. Under the same injection parameters, the heart rate was divided into the low heart rate group (< < 75 / sub) and the high heart rate group (75 times / score). The data obtained at the 0%~90%R-R interval were 10% in the interval. The CT value and the delay time of two groups of aorta were measured, and the difference between the two groups was measured. The results showed that the cardiac output of the high heart rate group was higher than that of the low heart rate group (t=3.908, P0.05) under the same injection parameters of the contrast agent, but the aorta enhanced C in the high heart rate group. The T value and delay time were lower than those in the low heart rate group (t=2.536,3.454, P 0.05). Conclusion: the changes of the cardiac function index, the enhanced CT value and the delay time of the aorta were helpful to the setting of the contrast agent injection parameters in the coronary artery CTA scan, and the good image quality was obtained.
