基于模型的迭代重建算法應(yīng)用于80kV低劑量兒童胸部CT的可行性

【摘要】:目的評價基于模型的迭代重建算法(MBIR)應(yīng)用于80kV低劑量兒童胸部CT檢查的可行性。方法收集44例因脊柱側(cè)彎治療后復(fù)查的患兒資料,所有患兒接受脊柱CT檢查,掃描電壓80kV,固定管電流50mA。對所得胸部圖像采用MBIR重建(觀察組)。所有患兒術(shù)前脊柱CT檢查,掃描管電壓120kV,對所得胸部圖像采用濾波反射投影(FBP)重建(對照組)。兩組圖像質(zhì)量主觀評價由2名醫(yī)師采用1~3分制,評價圖像主觀噪聲及肺組織圖像質(zhì)量;圖像質(zhì)量客觀評價為測量左心室最大層面的肺野、背部肌肉的噪聲值,并計算肺野的SNR及CNR。并記錄兩次檢查的容積CT劑量指數(shù)(CTDIvol)。結(jié)果觀察組主觀噪聲評分明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組較對照組肺野噪聲降低40.36%,SNR提高72.37%,CNR提高78.69%,CTDIvol降低66.52%,兩組差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.001)。結(jié)論 80kV低劑量兒童胸部CT可以滿足診斷要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the feasibility of model-based iterative reconstruction (MBIR) in 80 kV low dose children with chest CT. Methods the data of 44 children with scoliosis were collected. All the children were examined by CT scan voltage 80 kV fixed tube current 50 Ma. The chest images were reconstructed by MBIR (observation group). All the children were examined by CT before operation and the voltage of scanning tube was 120 kV. The chest images were reconstructed by filtering reflection projection (FBP) (control group). The subjective evaluation of image quality was conducted by two physicians to evaluate the subjective noise of the image and the image quality of the lung tissue, and the objective evaluation of the image quality was to measure the noise value of the lung field and the back muscle in the largest level of the left ventricle. The SNR and CNR of lung field were calculated. Volume CT dose index (CTDIvol) was recorded. Results the subjective noise score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the lung field noise in the observation group was decreased by 40.36% and the SNR was increased by 72.37. The CNR was increased by 78.69 and CTDIvol was decreased by 66.52%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.001). Conclusion 80 kV low dose child chest CT can meet the diagnostic requirements.
