【摘要】:X射線探測(cè)器的調(diào)制傳輸函數(shù)(MTF)可以有效反映X射線攝影系統(tǒng)的成像質(zhì)量,是客觀評(píng)價(jià)X射線成像系統(tǒng)性能的一個(gè)重要方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用一個(gè)縫寬為10μm的狹縫相機(jī)和一個(gè)微焦斑X射線源,搭建測(cè)量平板探測(cè)器MTF曲線的平臺(tái)。通過(guò)探測(cè)器采集X射線穿透狹縫的成像數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用MATLAB編程對(duì)狹縫圖像進(jìn)行線擴(kuò)展函數(shù)(line spread function,LSF)的合成、高斯擬合、去噪、傅立葉變換和歸一化等處理,得到探測(cè)器的MTF曲線,再利用MTF曲線定量分析探測(cè)器的成像性能。通過(guò)探測(cè)器采集不同的X射線源電壓、發(fā)射功率、狹縫傾角及曝光時(shí)間下的數(shù)據(jù),比較它們對(duì)探測(cè)器MTF測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響。
[Abstract]:The modulation transfer function (MTF) of X-ray detector can effectively reflect the imaging quality of X-ray imaging system. It is an important method to objectively evaluate the performance of X-ray imaging system. In the experiment, a slit camera with a slit width of 10 渭 m and a micro-focal spot X-ray source are used to build a platform for measuring the MTF curve of a flat detector. The imaging data of X-ray penetrating slit are collected by the detector. The linear extension function (line spread function is synthesized, Gao Si fitting, denoising, Fourier transform and normalization are processed to obtain the MTF curve of the detector. Then the imaging performance of the detector is quantitatively analyzed by MTF curve. The data of different X-ray source voltage, emission power, slit dip angle and exposure time were collected by the detector, and their effects on the measurement results of the detector MTF were compared.
