【摘要】：正病例資料患者,女,64歲,因體檢胸片發(fā)現(xiàn)右上縱隔局部增寬20天入院。無咳嗽、咳痰、咯血,亦無四肢乏力、眼瞼下垂、視物不清。既往高血壓病史5年,無外傷史及胸部手術(shù)史。CT檢查:平掃示右前上縱隔見一類圓形軟組織密度腫塊,邊緣清晰,大小約5.6cm×6.5cm;增強(qiáng)掃描靜脈期示軟組織腫塊未見強(qiáng)化,軟組織腫塊邊緣呈不規(guī)則顯著強(qiáng)化,強(qiáng)化程度與鄰近血管相似,強(qiáng)化區(qū)與左頭臂靜脈相通,缺口直徑約0.7cm(圖1);MPR及VR示病灶位于上腔靜脈外上方,邊緣光滑(圖2、3),CT診斷為頭臂靜脈假性靜脈瘤并血栓形成可
[Abstract]:The patient, 64 years old, was admitted to hospital for 20 days because of chest radiography findings of local enlargement of the right superior mediastinum. No cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, no limb fatigue, eyelid droop, unclear vision. Five years of history of hypertension, no history of trauma or chest surgery. Ct examination: a kind of round soft tissue mass with clear margin and size of 5.6cm 脳 6.5 cm was seen in the mediastinal septum of the right anterior on plain scan, and the soft tissue mass was not enhanced in the venous phase of contrast enhanced scan. The margin of soft tissue mass was irregular and significantly enhanced, and the enhancement degree was similar to that of the adjacent vessels. The enhanced area was connected with the left cephalobrachial vein. The diameter of the notch was about 0.7cm (figure 1). MPR and VR showed that the lesion was located above the superior vena cava.
