橈骨遠(yuǎn)端X線影像學(xué)測量的對比研究

【摘要】:目的:初步探討計(jì)算機(jī)軟件對橈骨遠(yuǎn)端X線影像測量的準(zhǔn)確性和可行性。 方法:選取中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院望京醫(yī)院放射科拍攝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)腕關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)字化X線片30張,實(shí)驗(yàn)者本人用計(jì)算機(jī)腕關(guān)節(jié)測量軟件進(jìn)行相關(guān)測量;從上述X線片中隨機(jī)選取1張,并從中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院望京醫(yī)院骨科研究生中隨機(jī)選取30名,此30名人員分別利用臨床量尺測量方法及計(jì)算機(jī)腕關(guān)節(jié)測量軟件測量的方法對上述1張X線片測量,每人每種方法測量一次。測量主要內(nèi)容:橈骨尺偏角、尺骨變異、橈腕關(guān)節(jié)弧的弦長。 結(jié)果:計(jì)算機(jī)腕關(guān)節(jié)測量軟件對橈骨縱軸的確定:遠(yuǎn)端取斜率點(diǎn)到橈腕關(guān)節(jié)面的距離為38.996±10.494mm,近端中點(diǎn)到橈腕關(guān)節(jié)面的距離為69.337±11.011mm;計(jì)算機(jī)腕關(guān)節(jié)測量軟件測量數(shù)值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、極差、離散系數(shù)等均較量尺測量的數(shù)值。蝗y量值的離均差絕對值進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)分析:尺偏角及橈腕關(guān)節(jié)弦長的P值小于0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;尺骨變異的P值大于0.05,不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論:不同人利用計(jì)算機(jī)腕關(guān)節(jié)測量軟件進(jìn)行測量的數(shù)值離散度較小,該軟件具有較好的一致性及可重復(fù)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the accuracy and feasibility of computer software for radiographic measurement of distal radius. Methods: a total of 30 digital radiographs of wrist joint were taken by the Department of Radiology of Wangjing Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine. Thirty graduate students of orthopedics in Wangjing Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected. The 30 subjects were measured by the methods of clinical measurement and computer software measurement of wrist joint. Each method is measured once per person. Main content: radial ulnar deviation, ulnar variation, radial wrist arc chord length. Results: the distance between distal slope point and radiocarpal joint surface was 38.996 鹵10.494mm and 69.337 鹵11.011mm between the midpoint of proximal end and radiocarpal joint surface, and the standard deviation and extreme deviation of the value measured by computer wrist joint measurement software were obtained by using computer wrist joint measurement software to determine the longitudinal axis of radius: the distance from the distal slope to the radiocarpal joint was 38.996 鹵10.494mm and 69.337 鹵11.011mm, respectively. The difference between the measured values and the mean value was analyzed statistically: the P value of the ulnar deviation angle and the chord length of the radiocarpal joint was less than 0.05, which had statistical significance. The P value of ulnar variation was more than 0.05, which had no statistical significance. Conclusion: the numerical dispersion of wrist joint measurement software is small, and the software has good consistency and repeatability.
