金匱腎氣丸對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)中老齡大鼠腎功能的影響

【摘要】:1研究目的 通過(guò)對(duì)訓(xùn)練大鼠灌服金匱腎氣丸,觀察該中成藥對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練中老年大鼠的腎臟功能指標(biāo)變化的影響,探討金匱腎氣丸和運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)提高中老年大鼠腎功能的作用,為更好的指導(dǎo)中老年人健身提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 2研究方法 選取雌性Wister老年大鼠80只將其隨機(jī)分成8組,即對(duì)照組、安靜服藥組、20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組、60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組、20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組、60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組,并將10只6周齡大鼠作為青年組對(duì)照組。 運(yùn)動(dòng)組和運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組大鼠經(jīng)8周跑臺(tái)訓(xùn)練,安靜服藥組和運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組每天灌服一定劑量的金匱腎氣丸液。8周后于相應(yīng)時(shí)刻摘眼球取血后并取腎臟組織測(cè)定尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿酸、SOD、MDA。所有數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行單因素方差分析和T檢驗(yàn),顯著性水平為P0.05。 3實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果 3.1血清中尿素氮的含量,服藥組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.01),青年組和20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.05),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著低于20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組和60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組(P㩳0.05)。 3.2血清肌酐的含量,服藥組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.05),青年組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.01),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著低于服藥組(P㩳0.05),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組極顯著低于20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組和60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組(P㩳0.01)。 3.3血清尿酸的含量,安靜服藥組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組、20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.05),60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.05),青年組極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.01),20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組顯著低于60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P㩳0.05),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著低于60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組(P㩳0.05),20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05),20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。 3.4腎組織中SOD活性,青年組、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組和60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組極顯著高于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.01),安靜服藥組和20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.05),60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著高于60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P㩳0.05),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著高于40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P㩳0.05)。 3.5腎組織中MDA的含量,青年組、安靜服藥組、20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.01),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組和60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P㩳0.05),60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組顯著高于20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P㩳0.05),60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組極顯著高于40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P㩳0.01),20min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組顯著低于60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組(P㩳0.05),40min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組極顯著低于60min運(yùn)動(dòng)服藥組(P㩳0.01)。 4結(jié)論 4.1金匱腎氣丸和適量運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠降低大鼠血清中尿素氮、肌酐和尿酸的含量,使老年大鼠腎小球的濾過(guò)功能提高,對(duì)腎保護(hù)有積極作用。 4.2金匱腎氣丸和適量運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠降低大鼠腎臟組織中MDA含量,提高腎臟組織中SOD的活性,抑制脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化,增強(qiáng)機(jī)體抗氧化能力。 4.3金匱腎氣丸結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)于老年大鼠腎功能的保護(hù),,較之單純服藥和單純運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練效果更加明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pills on the changes of renal function in middle-aged and aged rats during exercise training by taking Jinkui Shenqi pills in training rats. To explore the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pills and exercise on improving renal function in middle-aged and aged rats. Methods 80 female Wister aged rats were randomly divided into 8 groups, namely the control group. The control group consisted of 10 6-week-old rats in the control group, and 10 rats aged 6 weeks were used as the control group, and 10 rats in the control group were used as the control group, and 10 rats in the 6-week old group were used as the control group, and 10 rats in the 6-week-old group were used as the control group. The contents of creatinine and uric acid increased the glomerular filtration function of aged rats and played a positive role in renal protection. 4.2 Jingui Shenqi pills and moderate exercise could decrease the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in renal tissue. 4.3 the protective effect of Jingui Shenqi pills combined with exercise training on the renal function of aged rats was more obvious than that of taking medicine alone and exercise training alone.
