普通凍傷與高原凍傷血液微循環(huán)恢復(fù)的差異

【摘要】:目的探討普通凍傷與高原凍傷傷口愈合過程中血液微循環(huán)恢復(fù)的差異。方法健康雄性SD大鼠24只,隨機(jī)分為空白對照組、普通凍傷組和高原凍傷組,每組8只。普通凍傷組直接采用液氮滲透法通過控制冷凍時(shí)間制作中度凍傷模型。高原凍傷組大鼠缺氧習(xí)服1周后,采用與普通凍傷組相同的方法制作高原凍傷模型。建模后第3、7、11、15、19、23天,比較各組傷口面積,然后采用鼠尾靜脈注射Sono Vue微泡的方法進(jìn)行超聲造影,對傷口血液微循環(huán)進(jìn)行成像,并采用Image Pro軟件對微泡濃度進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,明確微循環(huán)恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果在不同時(shí)間點(diǎn),高原凍傷組傷口面積均明顯大于普通凍傷組(P0.05)?瞻讓φ战M在各時(shí)間點(diǎn)微泡濃度均保持在約27×109個(gè)/ml水平。而高原凍傷組微泡濃度在傷后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)均明顯低于空白對照組和普通凍傷組(P0.05),普通凍傷組微泡濃度在傷后3、7、11、15、19天明顯低于空白對照組(P0.05),但在傷后第23天與空白對照組比較已無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論高原凍傷傷口血液微循環(huán)的恢復(fù)速度低于普通凍傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of blood microcirculation recovery during wound healing between frostbite and frostbite at high altitude. Methods Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, general frostbite group and high altitude frostbite group with 8 rats in each group. The normal frostbite group was treated with liquid nitrogen osmotic method to make the moderate frostbite model by controlling the freezing time. After 1 week of acclimation to hypoxia in the frostbite group, the model of frostbite at high altitude was made by the same method as that in the common frostbite group. After modeling, the wound area of each group was compared on the 3rd day, 111115 and 1923 days, then ultrasound was performed by injecting Sono Vue microbubbles into the tail vein of the rat, and the blood microcirculation of the wound was imaged, and the concentration of the microbubble was statistically analyzed by Image Pro software. Identify the recovery of microcirculation. Results at different time points, the wound area of frostbite group at high altitude was significantly larger than that of common frostbite group (P 0.05). The concentration of microbubbles in the blank control group remained at about 27 脳 109 / ml at all time points. However, the concentration of microbubbles in high altitude frostbite group was significantly lower than that in normal frostbite group and blank control group at different time points after injury. The microbubble concentration in general frostbite group was significantly lower than that in blank control group on the 3rd day after injury, and was significantly lower than that in blank control group on the 23rd day after injury. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the recovery rate of blood microcirculation in frostbite wound at high altitude is lower than that in common frostbite.
