【摘要】：該文介紹了觀摩"環(huán)太平洋-2016"聯(lián)合演習(xí)人道主義救援演練的情況和演習(xí)的主要特點,并結(jié)合我軍參加人道主義醫(yī)學(xué)救援情況進(jìn)行了思考,提出:1發(fā)揮軍隊救援優(yōu)勢,加強(qiáng)軍地聯(lián)合;2推廣直升機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)運,展開立體救援;3實行階梯救治,分級診療;4規(guī)范演練流程,完善救治標(biāo)準(zhǔn);5設(shè)置藥品器材庫,預(yù)制應(yīng)急救援物資等。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the situation and main characteristics of the humanitarian rescue exercise of the "Rim Pacific Rim 2016" joint exercise, and considers the participation of our army in the humanitarian medical rescue, and puts forward that the military should give full play to the superiority of military rescue. Strengthen the promotion of helicopter transportation, carry out three dimensional rescue, carry out step rescue, grade diagnosis and treatment, standardize the exercise flow, perfect the treatment standard, set up the medicine and equipment storehouse, prefabricate the emergency rescue material, and so on.
