【摘要】：目的觀察放療對(duì)結(jié)腸癌肝轉(zhuǎn)移患者血清中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶(MMP)-2和MMP-9表達(dá)的影響,分析其在有無(wú)腹水患者中的表達(dá)差異。方法觀察組為34例結(jié)腸癌肝轉(zhuǎn)移患者,在常規(guī)化療基礎(chǔ)上加用放療。選擇同期經(jīng)病理學(xué)確診為結(jié)腸癌無(wú)血道和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移30例為對(duì)照組。于治療前及治療8 w后抽取空腹靜脈血。選擇同期經(jīng)體檢證實(shí)為無(wú)明顯器質(zhì)性疾病的成人血清標(biāo)本28例作為正常對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)法檢測(cè)3組血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的表達(dá)。結(jié)果觀察組、對(duì)照組治療前、治療后和正常對(duì)照組血清中MMP-2、MMP-9表達(dá)的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組治療后血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的下降值明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組有腹水組中治療后血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的下降值明顯高于無(wú)腹水組(P0.05)。結(jié)論放療對(duì)結(jié)腸癌伴有肝轉(zhuǎn)移患者有一定的作用,同時(shí)能有效下調(diào)血清中MMP-2和MMP-9表達(dá),對(duì)有腹水患者血清中MMP-2和MMP-9表達(dá)的調(diào)節(jié)可能更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of radiotherapy on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 (MMP-9) in serum of patients with liver metastasis of colon cancer, and to analyze the difference of the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with ascites or not. Methods 34 patients with liver metastasis of colon cancer were treated with radiotherapy on the basis of routine chemotherapy. Thirty patients with pathologically diagnosed colon cancer without blood and lymph node metastasis were selected as control group. Fasting venous blood was drawn before and 8 weeks after treatment. A total of 28 adult serum samples with no obvious organic diseases were selected as normal control group. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum of three groups was detected by Elisa. Results there was a significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 between the observation group, the control group and the control group before and after treatment. The decrease of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (P 0.05). The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum of the observation group with ascites after treatment were significantly higher than those of the non-ascites group (P 0.05). Conclusion radiotherapy has a certain effect on the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum of colon cancer patients with liver metastasis, and the regulation of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression in serum of patients with ascites may be more obvious.
