【摘要】：目的了解舟山地區(qū)海員甲狀腺現(xiàn)況,為海員甲狀腺疾病防治提供依據(jù)。方法在2014年體檢海員中抽取512人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并進(jìn)行尿碘、甲狀腺激素檢測和甲狀腺超聲檢查。結(jié)果 512人中,甲狀腺超聲異常173人,異常檢出率為33.79%;其中單發(fā)或多發(fā)結(jié)節(jié)108人、膠質(zhì)囊腫57人和彌漫性腫大8人。50歲~組海員尿碘水平為170.20(120.90~209.10)μg/L,高于其他年齡組(P0.05);遠(yuǎn)海海員尿碘水平和甲狀腺過氧化物酶抗體(ANTI-TPO)分別為181.05(125.43~211.45)μg/L和1.78(0.60~2.35)IU/m L,均高于近海和岸勤人員(P0.05)。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)50歲及以上、遠(yuǎn)海海員的尿碘、ANTI-TPO檢測和甲狀腺超聲檢查,有助于海員甲狀腺疾病防治。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the thyroid status of seafarers in Zhoushan area and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 512 seafarers in 2014. Urine iodine, thyroid hormone and thyroid ultrasound were examined. Results among 512 patients, 173 were abnormal in thyroid ultrasound, and the abnormal rate was 33.799.108 of them had single or multiple nodules. The urinary iodine levels of 57 patients with glial cysts and 8 patients with diffuse enlargement. The urinary iodine levels of seafarers in the group of 50 years old (170.200.120.90 鹵209.10) 渭 g / L were higher than those in other age groups (P 0.05), and the levels of urinary iodine and thyroid peroxidase antibody (ANTI-TPO) were 181.05125.43211.45) 渭 g / L and 1.780.60,0.60,2.35 渭 g / L, respectively, which were higher than those of the offshore and coastal crew. Conclusion strengthening urine iodine ANTI-TPO and thyroid ultrasound examination in seafarers aged 50 and above is helpful for prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases in seafarers.
