【摘要】：目的探討老年女性乳腺癌的X線攝影征象及其與臨床病理的關(guān)系。方法收集經(jīng)病理證實(shí)并行乳腺X線攝影檢查的乳腺癌患者118例,分為老年組(≥60歲,58例)和中青年組(60歲,60例)。比較不同年齡組的乳腺癌X線攝影征象及其臨床病理特征。結(jié)果老年組雌激素受體(ER)、孕激素受體(PR)、人表皮生長因子受體2(C-er B-2)表達(dá)陽性率分別為:63.8%、53.4%、46.6%,中青年組分別為:65%、60%、60%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為0.019、0.516、2.143,均P0.05)。老年組與中青年組在X線攝影腫瘤主要征象構(gòu)成比上存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(χ~2=11.551,P0.05),在腫塊最大徑,形態(tài)、邊緣,鈣化形態(tài)、分布及相關(guān)征象整體上差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。老年女性乳腺癌與中青年女性乳腺癌比較,X線攝影腫瘤主要征象表現(xiàn)腫塊伴鈣化、腫塊呈分葉狀、鈣化呈成簇分布方面差異顯著(均P0.05)。結(jié)論老年女性乳腺癌X線攝影表現(xiàn)多樣,以分葉狀腫塊伴成簇分布鈣化最常見;其X線攝影表現(xiàn)與臨床病理有一定相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between X-ray photography and clinical pathology of breast cancer in elderly women. Methods 118 cases of breast cancer were collected by pathology confirmed mammography and divided into elderly group (60 years old, 58 cases) and young and middle-aged group (60 years old, 60 cases). The X ray and clinicopathological features of breast cancer in different age groups were compared. Results the positive rates of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (C-er B-2) were 63.8%, 53.4%, 46.6% respectively in the elderly group: 65%, 60%, 60%, and two, respectively (0.019,0.516,2.143, P0.05). There was no statistical difference in the composition ratio (x ~2=11.551, P0.05). There was no significant difference in the maximum diameter, shape, edge, calcification, distribution and related signs of the mass (all P0.05). The main signs of mammography in the elderly women were compared with the young and middle-aged women's breast cancer, and the main signs of X-ray photography were calcification, and the lumps were lobulated. There were significant differences in the cluster distribution of calcification (all P0.05). Conclusion the X-ray photography of elderly women with breast cancer is diverse and the most common with lobular mass with cluster distribution calcification is the most common, and its X-ray photography is related to Clinicopathology.
