【摘要】：目的探討腮腺舍格倫綜合征的涎腺造影的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),以提高腮腺舍格倫綜合征的影像診斷水平。方法通過(guò)對(duì)過(guò)去半年來(lái)我院就診的4例,腮腺舍格倫綜合征患者的涎腺造影的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)分析以及對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的回顧,總結(jié)腮腺舍格倫綜合征的影像學(xué)診斷和鑒別要點(diǎn)。結(jié)果腮腺舍格倫綜合征具有其獨(dú)特的涎腺造影影像表現(xiàn),對(duì)臨床中腮腺舍格倫綜合征的診斷和鑒別具有重要意義。結(jié)論涎腺造影對(duì)腮腺舍格倫綜合征的診斷具有重要意義,是其主要診斷手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the imaging findings of parotid seroglgren syndrome (SGS) in order to improve the imaging diagnosis of Saggren's syndrome. Methods the imaging findings and literature of 4 patients with parotid seroglyn syndrome in our hospital in the past six months were analyzed and the main points of imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid seroglyn syndrome were summarized. Results Saggren syndrome of parotid gland has its unique salivary gland imaging features, which is of great significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid seroglyn syndrome. Conclusion salivary gland angiography plays an important role in the diagnosis of parotid Saggren syndrome and is one of the main diagnostic methods.
