【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建高原基層部隊健康教育知識項目。方法采用德爾菲(Delphi)法,通過3輪22名專家咨詢擬訂高原基層部隊健康教育知識項目。結(jié)果專家咨詢的權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.88,判斷系數(shù)為0.93,熟悉程度系數(shù)為0.82;最終確定的高原基層部隊健康教育知識項目包括一級內(nèi)容8個、二級內(nèi)容47個,其專家接受度均80%;一、二級內(nèi)容的協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.488、0.429,P0.01,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論用Delphi法構(gòu)建的高原基層部隊健康教育知識項目具有較高的科學(xué)性和可靠性,為制訂高原基層部隊健康教育知識需求調(diào)查問卷提供科學(xué)依據(jù),同時對提高高原基層部隊健康教育水平具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the knowledge item of health education in basic units of plateau. Methods the Delphi method was used to develop the health education knowledge project of the basic units at high altitude by three rounds of 22 experts consultation. Results the authority coefficient of expert consultation was 0.88, judgment coefficient was 0.93, familiarity coefficient was 0.82.The final items of health education knowledge of basic units in plateau included 8 first-level contents and 47 second-level contents, and the acceptance degree of experts was 80. The coordination coefficient of the second level content is 0.448 8 ~ 0. 429, P 0. 01 respectively, which has statistical significance. Conclusion the item of health education knowledge of basic units in plateau constructed by Delphi method is scientific and reliable, which provides scientific basis for making questionnaire of knowledge requirement of health education in basic units of plateau. At the same time, it is of great significance to improve the health education level of the basic units in the plateau.
