Echotracking聯(lián)合microCT評(píng)價(jià)可降解支架植入后動(dòng)脈彈性改變

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)建立可降解支架植入兔腹主動(dòng)脈模型,探討echotracking聯(lián)合mircoCT在支架降解過(guò)程中動(dòng)態(tài)觀察動(dòng)脈彈性改變的價(jià)值。方法:24只新西蘭大白兔于DSA下在其腹主動(dòng)脈隨機(jī)植入一枚可降解鎂合金支架(JDBM組,n=12)或鎳鈦合金支架(BMS組,n=12),分別于術(shù)前和植入術(shù)后即時(shí)、14天、30天、60天行echotracking獲得支架處血管硬化參數(shù)β,并在術(shù)后第14天、30天、60天取材行micro CT評(píng)價(jià)支架降解情況。結(jié)果:(1)觀察期間支架無(wú)移位或斷裂,支架內(nèi)血流通暢。(2)Micro CT提示BMS支架無(wú)明顯變化,JDBM支架術(shù)后30天起已開(kāi)始降解,觀察期間支架基本保持原始結(jié)構(gòu),合金絲連續(xù)性完整。(3)術(shù)前及術(shù)后即時(shí)、第14天兩組間β值無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),隨植入時(shí)間的增加,JDBM組β值逐漸減小,BMS組β值逐漸增大;術(shù)后30天時(shí)JDBM組明顯小于BMS組(P=0.036);術(shù)后60天時(shí)BMS組β值因支架處管壁無(wú)明顯搏動(dòng)無(wú)法獲得。結(jié)論:Echotracking技術(shù)聯(lián)合mirco CT可用于評(píng)價(jià)可降解鎂合金支架植入后降解過(guò)程中血管彈性的改變情況。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the value of echotracking combined with mircoCT in observing the changes of arterial elasticity in the process of stent degradation by establishing a rabbit model of degradable stent implantation. Methods Twenty four New Zealand white rabbits were randomly implanted with a degradable magnesium alloy stent JDBM group under DSA or nickel-titanium alloy stents group. The stents were obtained by echotracking 14 days before and 30 days after implantation and 60 days after implantation. The vascular sclerosis parameter 尾 was obtained on the 14th day, 30 days and 60 days after operation. The degradation of stent was evaluated by micro CT. Results (1) during the observation period, there was no displacement or rupture of the stent. Ct showed that there was no obvious change in the flow of blood flow in the stent. The stent began to degrade 30 days after operation, and the original structure of the stent was maintained during the observation period. Before and after operation, there was no significant difference in 尾 value between the two groups on the 14th day (P 0.05). The 尾 value of JDBM group gradually decreased with the increase of implantation time, and the 尾 value of BMS group gradually increased. On the 30th day after operation, the 尾 value of the JDBM group was significantly smaller than that of the BMS group, and the 尾 value of the BMS group could not be obtained because there was no obvious pulsation in the wall of the stent on the 60th day after the operation. Conclusion\% chotracking technique combined with mirco CT can be used to evaluate the changes of vascular elasticity during degradable magnesium alloy stent implantation.
