某拓展基地小學(xué)生拓展訓(xùn)練運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:目的:拓展訓(xùn)練是國內(nèi)新興的戶外項(xiàng)目,作為學(xué)校體育的一條輔助途徑,大量的小學(xué)生參與到戶外拓展訓(xùn)練中,也使戶外拓展基地成為除學(xué)校以外另一個(gè)鍛煉場所。本文研究的拓展訓(xùn)練是針對(duì)小學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)的戶外拓展訓(xùn)練,它是在人為設(shè)定的特定環(huán)境和情景中,,以小學(xué)生直接體驗(yàn)、挑戰(zhàn)自我為主要目標(biāo),以培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生環(huán)保節(jié)約、團(tuán)結(jié)互助為首要任務(wù),以身體活動(dòng)為游戲的載體,促進(jìn)小學(xué)生身心健康,完善個(gè)人人格,從而成為加強(qiáng)小學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的一種直接體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)模式。由于拓展訓(xùn)練在我國屬于新興項(xiàng)目且尚處在初級(jí)階段,目前還沒有專門安全規(guī)范。通過對(duì)陽光少年拓展訓(xùn)練教育基地中某幾期小學(xué)生學(xué)員進(jìn)行調(diào)查問卷研究,得出小學(xué)生拓展過程中運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的原因,加強(qiáng)小學(xué)生拓展運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷預(yù)防的研究,對(duì)于廣泛開展小學(xué)生拓展項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)有重要意義。 方法:主要是采用調(diào)查問卷、實(shí)地觀察以及文獻(xiàn)資料法和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法,對(duì)拓展訓(xùn)練過程中出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的人數(shù)、種類、原因進(jìn)行了綜合研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)建議,以最大限度減少小學(xué)生在拓展訓(xùn)練過程中出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷。對(duì)500名4-6年級(jí)的小學(xué)生在拓展訓(xùn)練中出現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷原因的調(diào)查問卷,以及50份帶班教練和50份場地教練的的調(diào)查問卷的整合和分析。 結(jié)果:運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷受傷人數(shù)為77人,占全部小學(xué)生的15.4㳠,其中男生受傷人數(shù)47人,占受傷人數(shù)的9.40㳠,女生受傷人數(shù)30人,占受傷人數(shù)的6㳠。 結(jié)論:1、受傷人數(shù)以五年級(jí)最多,男生受傷人數(shù)比女生多;2、受傷部位主要集中在四肢,受傷地點(diǎn)主要集中在農(nóng)運(yùn)競技區(qū)和素質(zhì)拓展區(qū);3、運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的發(fā)生有多種原因,客觀因素主要有:拓展項(xiàng)目設(shè)施設(shè)備、拓展項(xiàng)目工作人員的工作態(tài)度和組織管理水平、參訓(xùn)小學(xué)生學(xué)校的管理水平以及天氣等外在因素;主觀因素主要有:小學(xué)生自己安全意識(shí)薄弱、自控能力差、身體素質(zhì)差、舊傷復(fù)發(fā)以及因矛盾與同學(xué)打鬧等。
[Abstract]:Objective: development training is a new outdoor project in China. As an auxiliary way of school physical education, a large number of primary school students participate in outdoor development training, which makes the outdoor expansion base become another exercise place besides school. The development training of this paper is designed for primary school students. It is aimed at the primary school students' direct experience and challenge themselves in a special environment and situation, so as to cultivate the pupils' environmental protection and economy. Solidarity and mutual assistance is the primary task, taking physical activity as the carrier of the game, promoting pupils' physical and mental health and perfecting their personal personality, thus becoming a direct experiential teaching mode to strengthen the pupils' physical health. Because the development training is a new item in our country and is still in the initial stage, there is no special safety standard. Based on the questionnaire investigation of some elementary school students in the Sunshine Youth Development training and Education Base, the causes of sports injury in the process of primary school students' development are obtained, and the study on the prevention of pupils' developing sports injury is strengthened. Methods: questionnaire, field observation, literature data and statistical analysis were used to analyze the number and types of sports injuries in the course of training. Based on the comprehensive study of the causes, some suggestions are put forward to minimize the sports injuries of pupils in the process of extension training. A questionnaire on the causes of sports injuries in the development training of 500 pupils in grades 4-6 and 50 questionnaires with class coaches and 50 field coaches was conducted. Results: the number of sports injuries was 77. Accounting for 15.4% of the total number of primary school students, among them 47 male students were injured, 9.40% of them were injured, 30 female students were injured, and 6 cases were injured. Conclusion: 1, the number of injuries in grade five is the most. The number of male injuries is 2% higher than that of girls. The injured sites are mainly in the limbs, and the injured sites are mainly in the sports area and the quality development area. There are many reasons for the sports injuries, and the objective factors are as follows: expand the facilities and equipment of the project. Expanding the work attitude and organizational management level of the project staff, the management level of the primary school and the weather and other external factors, the subjective factors are: the primary school students' own safety consciousness is weak, the self-control ability is poor, the physical quality is poor, and so on. Recurrence of old injuries and conflicts with classmates and so on.
