【摘要】：視野有效值法和視野評(píng)分法分別是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)、外用于評(píng)定視野損害的主要方法,本文對(duì)這兩種方法的主要內(nèi)容、計(jì)算過程進(jìn)行分析和比較。視野有效值法較便捷,可操作性強(qiáng),當(dāng)視野缺損位于周邊視野時(shí),視野有效值法適用性較好,但視野缺損累及中心10°視野時(shí),存在較大誤差,使用時(shí)應(yīng)結(jié)合視力受損程度、其他檢查等綜合分析。視野評(píng)分法有諸多特殊規(guī)定,操作較繁瑣,但更具科學(xué)性、準(zhǔn)確性,在法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定中的應(yīng)用前景值得期待,其依據(jù)的科學(xué)理念也值得在制修訂相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)予以關(guān)注和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The visual field effective value method and the visual field score method are the main methods used to evaluate the visual field damage at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and compares the main contents of the two methods and the calculation process. The visual field effective value method is more convenient and maneuverable. When the visual field is located in the peripheral vision, the field of visual value is good, but the field of vision is good, but the field of vision is good, but the field of vision is good. When the defect involves the 10 degree vision of the center, there is a large error, which should be combined with the degree of visual impairment and other examination. The visual field score method has many special provisions, and the operation is more complicated, but more scientific and accurate, the prospect of application in forensic identification is worth looking forward to, and the scientific concept based on it is also worth the revision related. The standard should be paid attention to and used for reference.
