【摘要】：目的探討兒童肝包蟲病的CT表現(xiàn)。方法回顧性分析27例經(jīng)病理和/或血清學(xué)證實(shí)的肝包蟲病患兒的臨床和CT資料。結(jié)果 27例肝包蟲病中,肝囊型包蟲病26例,肝泡型包蟲病1例;單純肝包蟲病10例,合并其他器官包蟲病17例;肝內(nèi)單發(fā)包蟲18例,多發(fā)包蟲9例。共發(fā)現(xiàn)囊型病灶47個(gè),其中單囊型囊腫占51.06%(24/47),內(nèi)囊塌陷型囊腫占42.55%(20/47),鈣化型囊腫占4.26%(2/47),多子囊型囊腫占2.13%(1/47),未見實(shí)變型囊腫;泡型病灶1個(gè)。74.47%(35/47)的囊腫直徑5cm。結(jié)論 CT可定性診斷兒童肝包蟲病,是可靠的檢查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT findings of hepatic hydatid disease in children. Methods the clinical and CT data of 27 children with hepatic hydatid disease confirmed by pathology and / or serology were analyzed retrospectively. Results there were 26 cases of hepatic cystic hydatid disease and 1 case of hepatic alveolar hydatid disease, 10 cases of simple hepatic hydatidosis, 17 cases of hydatid disease with other organs, 18 cases of single hydatid in liver and 9 cases of multiple hydatid. A total of 47 cystic lesions were found, of which the single cystic cyst accounted for 54 / 47%, the intracystic collapse cyst 42.55% 20 / 47, the calcified cyst 4.26% 2 / 47, the multidaughter cyst 2.13% 1 / 47%, and the vesicular cyst 1. 74.47% 35 / 47. The diameter of the cysts in the vesicular lesions was 5 cm. Conclusion CT is a reliable method for the qualitative diagnosis of hepatic hydatid disease in children.
