低氧訓(xùn)練適應(yīng)過程中血氧飽和度作為運動強度評價指標(biāo)的可行性研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究通過對4周模擬海拔2500m的低氧訓(xùn)練期間攝氧量(V02)、心率(HR)、血氧飽和度(Sp02)、血乳酸(BLa)與運動強度(%V02max)之間關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,探討低氧訓(xùn)練適應(yīng)過程中運動強度評價的簡易指標(biāo)。 研究方法:北京體育大學(xué)18名國家二級男性運動員在模擬海拔2500m環(huán)境下進(jìn)行4周的低氧訓(xùn)練,訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容為自行車和跑臺耐力運動。每周3次訓(xùn)練,每次100分鐘。訓(xùn)練強度為70%V02max,采用血氧飽和度儀進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,控制Sp02在88-90%。分別于第1天、第2周末和第4周末讓受試者在低氧環(huán)境下進(jìn)行遞增負(fù)荷運動至力竭,連續(xù)記錄安靜時、運動過程中Sp02、HR、V02及氣體代謝指標(biāo)。BLa在每級負(fù)荷結(jié)束前20秒采集。用一元線性回歸方法推算低氧適應(yīng)過程中Sp02與%V02max和BLa的回歸方程。 結(jié)果:在前后3次低氧下的運動過程中,相同負(fù)荷運動時HR逐漸下降,且與運動強度(%V02max)呈良好相關(guān)。4周末測試時安靜和90-180W負(fù)荷運動下的BLa明顯低于急性低氧時(P0.05),而極量負(fù)荷下的BLa濃度明顯高于急性低氧時(P0.01)。在3次測試中,相同負(fù)荷下運動時Sp02呈.逐漸上升趨勢,且分別與%V02max和BLa旱良好相關(guān)。 低氧適應(yīng)過程中用Sp02推測相對運動強度的方程如下:急性低氧時:%V02max=11.522-0.124×Sp02低氧訓(xùn)練2周后:%V02max=8.886-0.091×Sp02低氧訓(xùn)練4周后:%V02max=9.248-0.096×Sp02 低氧適應(yīng)過程中用Sp02推測BLa的方程如下急性低氧時:BLa=91.562-0.97×Sp02低氧訓(xùn)練4周后:BLa=171.042-1.857×Sp02 結(jié)論:1)4周低氧訓(xùn)練過程中Sp02與%V02max和BLa呈現(xiàn)良好的相關(guān),可以作為低氧訓(xùn)練過程中運動強度的非損傷性評價指標(biāo)。2)急性低氧運動時Sp02與%V02max和BLa所建立的回歸方程不能用于指導(dǎo)整個低氧訓(xùn)練過程,需要建立不同適應(yīng)期的回歸方程才能準(zhǔn)確地評價低氧訓(xùn)練強度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between oxygen intake (V02N), heart rate (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (SP02T), blood lactate (BLaA) and exercise intensity (V02max) during 4 weeks hypoxia training at simulated altitude of 2500m. To discuss the simple index of exercise intensity evaluation in the process of hypoxic training adaptation. Methods: 18 national second-class male athletes from Beijing University of physical Education underwent hypoxic training at simulated altitude of 2500m for 4 weeks, which included cycling and treadmill endurance. Practice 3 times a week for 100 minutes. The training intensity is 70 and V02max. the blood oxygen saturation meter is used to monitor and control the Sp02 in 88-90. On day 1, weekend 2 and weekend 4, the subjects were subjected to exercise to exhaustion under hypoxic conditions. Sp02HRV02 and gas metabolism index .BLa were collected 20 seconds before the end of each stage of exercise. The regression equations of Sp02, V02max and BLa during hypoxic adaptation were calculated by using a linear regression method. Results: HR decreased gradually at the same load during 3 times of hypoxic exercise. There was a good correlation between V02maxand exercise intensity. 4 the BLa at quiet and 90-180 W load exercise during the weekend was significantly lower than that under acute hypoxia, while the concentration of BLa at extreme load was significantly higher than that at acute hypoxia. In three tests, Sp02 was present at exercise at the same load. The results showed that V02max and BLa were closely related to drought. The equation of relative exercise intensity estimated by Sp02 during hypoxic adaptation is as follows: in acute hypoxia, the 10% V02max1 is 11.522-0.124 脳 Sp02 hypoxic training 2 weeks later, V02max1 8.886-0.091 脳 Sp02 hypoxic training 4 weeks later: V02max9.248-0.096 脳 Sp02 Sp02 was used to infer the equation of BLa during hypoxic adaptation as follows: 1. 1. 562-0. 97 脳 Sp02 hypoxic training 4 weeks later, 1: BLa1. 042-1. 857 脳 Sp02 Conclusion during the 4-week hypoxic training, Sp02 has a good correlation with V02max and BLa. The regression equation established by Sp02 and V02max and BLa during acute hypoxia training can not be used to guide the whole hypoxic training process. It is necessary to establish regression equations for different adaptation periods in order to evaluate the intensity of hypoxic training accurately.
