【摘要】：在網(wǎng)球運動中常出現(xiàn)一些損傷,而"網(wǎng)球肘"是網(wǎng)球運動中常見的一種傷病。文章通過文獻資料法、訪談法,對江西師大網(wǎng)球專修班學生"網(wǎng)球肘"的成因、預防與治療進行研究和總結。本文研究的目的是通過研究結果分析,充分了解網(wǎng)球運動中出現(xiàn)"網(wǎng)球肘"的成因,提出有針對性的防治措施,為改進體育教學、訓練,提高運動訓練的水平提供依據(jù),并把運動損傷發(fā)生率及危害降到最低。
[Abstract]:Some injuries often occur in tennis, and tennis elbow is a common injury in tennis. Based on the methods of literature and interview, this paper studies and summarizes the causes, prevention and treatment of tennis elbow for the students in the tennis specialty class of Jiangxi normal University. The purpose of this study is to fully understand the causes of the emergence of tennis elbow in tennis through the analysis of the results of the study, and put forward targeted prevention measures to provide the basis for improving physical education teaching, training and improving the level of sports training. The incidence and harm of sports injury were minimized.
