【摘要】：目的探討99 Tcm-MIBI心肌灌注顯像對(duì)心肌橋的臨床價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析105例冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA診斷為心肌橋并接受運(yùn)動(dòng)及靜息99 Tcm-MIBI心肌灌注顯像的患者資料,分析心肌灌注顯像結(jié)果,并與冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 105例心肌橋患者中,根據(jù)Nobel分級(jí)法,Ⅰ級(jí)狹窄21例,Ⅱ級(jí)狹窄24例,Ⅲ級(jí)狹窄60例;其中60例出現(xiàn)心肌缺血改變。缺血組與非缺血組心肌橋患者冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA顯示狹窄程度的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=61.731,P0.001)。不同部位心肌橋血管支發(fā)生異常灌注的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=3.588,P=0.166)。結(jié)論 99 Tcm-MIBI心肌灌注顯像能夠用于評(píng)價(jià)冠狀動(dòng)脈心肌橋。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of 99 Tcm-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging in myocardial bridge. Methods the data of 105 patients with myocardial bridge diagnosed by coronary artery CTA and receiving exercise and rest 99 Tcm-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging were analyzed retrospectively.
