【摘要】：目的觀察和分析良性和惡性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤在CT片中的影像表現(xiàn)以及相關(guān)的臨床特征。最終總結(jié)CT在診斷良性和惡性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤的作用。方法回顧86例嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤手術(shù)病癥的CT臨床表現(xiàn)以及其他相關(guān)特征,并在這個過程中運用統(tǒng)計學(xué)原理進(jìn)行相關(guān)的分析。結(jié)果如在CT片的檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤位置異位或者其最大的直徑大于7cm的時候,那么基本可判定為惡性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤。當(dāng)腫瘤內(nèi)部的物質(zhì)出現(xiàn)鈣化而邊界不清時,那么其患有惡性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤的可能性較大,其表現(xiàn)的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)�；颊叩哪挲g、性別、高血壓、高血糖和腫瘤內(nèi)部有無出現(xiàn)壞死等諸多因素都可以作為判斷良惡性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤的重要依據(jù)。惡性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤和良性嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤之間的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤的位置、大小、形狀、邊界和內(nèi)部物質(zhì)狀況對判斷嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤是否為良性還是惡性都有一定的價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the CT findings and clinical features of benign and malignant pheochromocytoma. Finally, the role of CT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pheochromocytoma was summarized. Methods the CT manifestations and other related features of 86 cases of pheochromocytoma were reviewed. Results the malignant pheochromocytoma can be classified as malignant pheochromocytoma if the location of the tumor is ectopic or the maximum diameter of the tumor is larger than 7cm. When calcification occurs in the interior of the tumor and the boundary is unclear, it is more likely to have malignant pheochromocytoma, and the difference is statistically significant (P 0.05). Age, sex, hypertension, hyperglycemia and necrosis within the tumor can be used as important criteria for judging benign and malignant pheochromocytoma. The difference between malignant pheochromocytoma and benign pheochromocytoma was statistically significant. Conclusion the location, size, shape, boundary and internal material of pheochromocytoma are valuable in judging whether pheochromocytoma is benign or malignant.
