膝關(guān)節(jié)翼狀韌帶與后交叉韌帶上止點關(guān)系的解剖研究

【摘要】:目的:探討膝關(guān)節(jié)翼狀韌帶形態(tài)分型及其與后交叉韌帶上止點的解剖關(guān)系。方法:解剖13個新鮮冷凍膝關(guān)節(jié)(左膝6個,右膝7個),觀察記錄翼狀韌帶的不同形態(tài),并觀察翼狀韌帶股骨止點與后交叉韌帶上止點的解剖關(guān)系。并對后交叉韌帶上止點-翼狀韌帶股骨止點做組織切片,HE染色觀察。結(jié)果:通過解剖13個膝關(guān)節(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)膝關(guān)節(jié)存在一個從前至后的縱隔結(jié)構(gòu),其前方與脂肪墊相連,通過翼狀韌帶,前、后交叉韌帶之間,向后方形成膝關(guān)節(jié)的后縱隔。13個膝關(guān)節(jié)中,翼狀韌帶均從后交叉韌帶的外緣繞過,通過前、后交叉韌帶之間連接后縱隔。通過解剖,發(fā)現(xiàn)翼狀韌帶從形態(tài)學上分為3型:完整型(膜型),2個,占15.4%;不完整型(分離型),10個,占76.9%;缺如型,1個,占7.7%。另外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)翼狀韌帶的股骨止點與后交叉韌帶的股骨止點連接靠近,組織切片上密切連接。結(jié)論:膝關(guān)節(jié)翼狀韌帶從形態(tài)學上可以分為完整型(膜型)、不完整型(分離型)和缺如型三種類型,并且與后交叉韌帶上止點的解剖關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the morphological classification of the wingform ligament of the knee joint and its anatomic relationship with the insertion point of the posterior cruciate ligament. Methods: 13 fresh frozen knee joints (6 left knee and 7 right knee) were dissected to observe and record the different shape of the wingform ligament, and to observe the anatomical relationship between the femoral insertion point of the wingform ligament and the superior end point of the posterior cruciate ligament. The histopathological sections were stained with HE staining for the femoral insertion of the posterior cruciate ligament and the femur of the pterygoid ligament. Results: by dissecting 13 knee joints, we found that there is a mediastinal structure from front to back, the front of which is connected with fat pad, through the winglike ligament, between the anterior cruciate ligament, and between the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. The posterior mediastinum of the knee joint was formed to the rear. In 13 knee joints, the winglike ligament was circumvented from the outer edge of the posterior cruciate ligament and connected with the posterior mediastinum through the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. Anatomically, we found that the wingform ligament was divided into three types: intact type (membranous type, 2 types, accounting for 15.4%), incomplete type (separated type, 10 types, accounting for 76.9%), absent type, 1 type, accounting for 7.7%. In addition, it was found that the femoral insertion of the pterygoid ligament was close to that of the posterior cruciate ligament, and the tissue section was closely connected. Conclusion: the pterygoid ligament of the knee joint can be divided into three types: complete type (membrane type), incomplete type (separation type) and absence type, and it is closely related to the anatomical relationship between the apical point of the posterior cruciate ligament and the posterior cruciate ligament.
