對山東體育學院運動訓練專業(yè)田徑專修學生運動損傷特點的研究

【摘要】:田徑運動素有“體育運動之母”的美名,是世界上普及最為廣泛、參加人數(shù)最多的體育運動之一,也是歷史最悠久的運動項目。田徑與游泳、射擊被視為奧運金牌三大項目,51枚金牌也是奧運會產(chǎn)生金牌最多的項目,“得田徑者得天下”也由此而來。因此,如此大的金牌產(chǎn)生數(shù)量使田徑運動成為競技場上的兵家必爭之地,運動項目之間、運動員之問相互競爭的激烈性也越來越高,訓練和比賽的強度越來越大,從而導致了運動損傷事故的發(fā)生率也越來越高。鑒于從事田徑運動人員的身體健康狀況以及運動損傷對社會、經(jīng)濟、家庭等帶來的負面影響,由此建立一套能預防和減少運動損傷發(fā)生率的措施就顯得非常重要。因此從田徑運動的運動特點和運動實踐等現(xiàn)實問題出發(fā),找到導致運動損傷產(chǎn)生的原因及其預防措施,對從事田徑運動的運動員進行醫(yī)務監(jiān)督和科學化訓練,必將起到積極的預防效果,進而推動山東體育學院田徑運動水平的不斷提高。本文在研究過程中主要運用了文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法和實地調(diào)查法等綜合研究方法,通過對山東體育學院運動訓練專業(yè)田徑專修學生的運動損傷特點的研究,找到導致運動損傷的內(nèi)外因素,并提出相關(guān)的預防措施和手段,旨在減少學生損傷的發(fā)生率,并盡量減輕運動損傷在各個方面給運動員帶來的傷害。 本研究主要結(jié)論如下: 1、山東體育學院運動訓練專業(yè)田徑專修學生的運動損傷比率較高,患病率達88.72%;損傷的部位主要有踝、膝、腿、背、肩部、足、腰等部位; 2、山東體育學院運動訓練專業(yè)田徑專修學生運動損傷的時期按損傷比率依次是賽前訓練期、比賽期和賽后恢復期;運動損傷多發(fā)生在12-2月(49.44%),6-8月(8.99%)最少; 3、山東體育學院運動訓練專業(yè)田徑專修學生運動損傷的因素有訓練因素、技術(shù)因素、生理因素、心理因素和其他因素; 4、山東體育學院運動訓練專業(yè)田徑專修學生運動損傷的預防措施包括要有充分的準備活動、注重訓練內(nèi)容與負荷的合理安排、發(fā)展體能素質(zhì),提高抗疲勞能力、注意調(diào)節(jié)心理因素、注重訓練或比賽后的恢復與放松、加強自我監(jiān)督和醫(yī)務監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:Track and field sport is known as "Mother of Sports". It is one of the most popular sports and one of the oldest sports in the world. Track and field, swimming, shooting is regarded as the Olympic gold medal, 51 gold medals are also the Olympic Games to produce the most gold medals, "track and field won the world" also came. Therefore, with such a large number of gold medals produced, track and field sports have become a necessary place for military players in the arena. Among sports events, the competition between athletes is becoming more and more intense, and the intensity of training and competition is becoming more and more intense. As a result, the incidence of sports injury accidents is also increasing. In view of the physical health of track and field personnel and the negative effects of sports injuries on society, economy, family and so on, it is very important to establish a set of measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of sports injuries. Therefore, based on the actual problems such as the characteristics and practice of track and field sports, the causes and preventive measures of sports injuries are found out, and the medical supervision and scientific training of athletes engaged in track and field sports are carried out. It will play a positive preventive effect and promote the improvement of track and field level of Shandong Institute of physical Education. In the course of the research, this paper mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and field investigation, etc. Based on the study of sports injury characteristics of track and field majors in Shandong Institute of physical Education, the author finds out the internal and external factors that lead to sports injury, and puts forward relevant preventive measures and means to reduce the incidence of students' injuries. And try to reduce sports injuries in all aspects of injury to athletes. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The sports injury rate of track and field majors in Shandong Institute of physical Education was relatively high, and the prevalence rate was 88.72. The main areas of injury were ankle, knee, leg, back, shoulder, foot, waist and so on. (2) the sports injuries of track and field majors in Shandong Institute of physical Education were in the order of pre-competition training period, competition period and post-competition recovery period, and most of sports injuries occurred in 12 ~ (-2) months, 49.44% and 8.99%, respectively. 3. The sports injury factors of track and field majors in Shandong Institute of physical Education include training factors, technical factors, physiological factors, psychological factors and other factors; 4. The preventive measures of sports injury for track and field majors in Shandong Institute of physical Education include adequate preparation activities, reasonable arrangement of training contents and loads, development of physical quality, and improvement of anti-fatigue ability. Pay attention to adjust psychological factors, pay attention to recovery and relaxation after training or competition, strengthen self-supervision and medical supervision.
