【摘要】：正患者男,61歲。無不適,體檢行胃鏡檢查。胃鏡表現(xiàn):胃賁門區(qū)及小彎側(cè)見條索狀迂曲狀隆起,色澤以紅為主,表面欠光滑,部分節(jié)段處呈團(tuán)塊狀改變,觸之質(zhì)地略硬(圖1、2)。CT表現(xiàn):平掃示賁門區(qū)及胃小彎黏膜隆起增厚,最厚處達(dá)1.7 cm,胃大彎及胃竇部正常。增強(qiáng)掃描增厚的胃黏膜明顯強(qiáng)化,以門靜脈期強(qiáng)化最明顯,病變區(qū)肌層無明顯增厚,漿膜面光整,胃壁無僵硬感(圖3~6)。
[Abstract]:The patient is 61 years old. No discomfort, the physical examination of gastroscopy. Under gastroscopy, the gastric cardia area and the small curved side showed strip-shaped tortuous eminence, red color, unsmooth surface, lump changes in some segments, and slightly hard touch (fig. 1, 2n. Ct: plain scan showed thickening of the gastric cardia and mucous membrane of the small curvature of the stomach). The thickest part is 1.7 cm, the great curvature of stomach and antrum are normal. Enhancement scan showed obvious enhancement of gastric mucosa, especially in portal phase, no obvious thickening of myometrium, smooth surface of serosa and no stiffness of gastric wall (Fig. 3).
