脊柱同源動(dòng)態(tài)能譜CT與MSCT輻射劑量和圖像質(zhì)量的對(duì)比

【摘要】:目的探討同源動(dòng)態(tài)能譜CT和MSCT在脊柱掃描中的差異。方法將脊柱疾病患者50例隨機(jī)分為A、B組兩組,每組25例。A組采用同源雙電壓(80、140kVp)動(dòng)態(tài)掃描,FBP重建單能量圖像,記錄圖像噪聲-能級(jí)曲線、椎體CNR隨能量變化曲線,得出最低圖像噪聲值及最高CNR值的最佳能級(jí),測(cè)量圖像噪聲及椎體CNR。B組常規(guī)MSCT掃描,FBP圖像重建。比較兩組輻射劑量、圖像噪聲和椎體CNR。結(jié)果 A組最佳能級(jí)為70keV,圖像噪聲為(16.12±1.48)HU,較B組(53.95±4.97)HU明顯降低(t=3.25,P0.05);CNR為5.89±0.46,是B組(1.67±0.15)的3.5倍(t=5.43,P0.05);容積CT劑量指數(shù)為(7.64±0.71)mGy,較B組的(16.34±1.24)mGy降低了53%(t=15.62,P0.05)。結(jié)論同源動(dòng)態(tài)能譜CT脊柱成像較常規(guī)MSCT可明顯降低輻射劑量,降低圖像噪聲,提高椎體CNR,改善圖像質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of homologous dynamic energy dispersive CT and MSCT in spinal column scanning. Methods Fifty patients with spinal diseases were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 25). Group A (n = 25) were divided into two groups: group A (n = 25) underwent dynamic scanning with homologous double voltage of 80140kVp) to reconstruct a single energy image, to record the noise-energy level curve of the image, and to record the curve of CNR changes with energy in the vertebral body. The best energy levels of the lowest image noise value and the highest CNR value were obtained, and the image noise and the normal MSCT image reconstruction of the vertebra CNR.B group were measured. Radiation dose, image noise and vertebral CNR were compared between the two groups. Results the optimal energy level of group A was 70 Kev, and the image noise was 16.12 鹵1.48mGy, which was significantly lower than that of group B (53.95 鹵4.97)HU), which was 5.89 鹵0.46, 3.5-fold higher than that of group B (1.67 鹵0.15), and the dose index of volumetric CT was 7.64 鹵0.71 mGy, which was lower than that of group B (16.34 鹵1.24)mGy). Conclusion compared with conventional MSCT, dynamic energy dispersive CT can significantly reduce radiation dose, reduce image noise, improve vertebral body MSCT and improve image quality.
