【摘要】:放射性復(fù)合傷是平時核事故、戰(zhàn)時核爆炸、貧鈾武器損害以及核恐怖襲擊等條件下發(fā)生的主要傷類,因傷情重、發(fā)展快、診治難,已成為醫(yī)學救治的重點難題之一。本文重點介紹了放射性復(fù)合傷的造血、免疫、創(chuàng)面處理等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的生物效應(yīng)機制研究結(jié)果,旨在為其救治提供有益的依據(jù)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Radioactive compound injury is the main injury type under the condition of nuclear accident in peacetime, nuclear explosion in wartime, damage to depleted uranium weapon and nuclear terrorist attack. Because of serious injury, rapid development and difficult diagnosis and treatment, it has become one of the key problems in medical treatment. This paper focuses on the research results of biological effect mechanism of hematopoiesis, immunity, wound management and so on, in order to provide useful basis and reference for the treatment of radiation compound injury.
