【摘要】：目的深入了解部隊手足多汗癥患者的患病體驗,以期為制定有針對性的干預措施提供參考。方法 2015年3-4月,采用目的抽樣法,選擇8例未接受過手術(shù)治療的手足多汗癥患者為研究對象,采用現(xiàn)象學研究方法對其進行半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談,現(xiàn)場錄音,根據(jù)Giorgi的6步分析法對資料進行分析,提煉主題。結(jié)果手足多汗癥患者的患病體驗可歸納為5個主題:就醫(yī)態(tài)度多樣、生理狀態(tài)不舒適、心理狀態(tài)不良、社會角色弱化、應對方式較積極。結(jié)論醫(yī)護人員及相關(guān)部門應采取多種辦法普及手足多汗癥的相關(guān)知識,幫助手足多汗癥患者進行系統(tǒng)的自我癥狀管理,定期對其進行心理健康狀況篩查,并強化相關(guān)的社會支持系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the experience of hyperhidrosis in arms and feet in order to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention measures. Methods from March to March, 2015, 8 patients with hyperhidrosis of hand and foot who had not received surgical treatment were selected by objective sampling method. According to the six-step analysis method of Giorgi, the data were analyzed and the theme was extracted. Results the experience of patients with hyperhidrosis of hand and foot can be summed up into five themes: the attitude of seeking medical treatment is diverse, the physiological state is not comfortable, the psychological state is not good, the social role is weakened, and the coping style is more active. Conclusion Medical staff and related departments should take various measures to popularize the knowledge of hyperhidrosis of hand and foot, to help patients with hyperhidrosis to carry out systematic self-symptom management and to screen their mental health status regularly. And strengthen the relevant social support system.
