【摘要】:概述美國運動醫(yī)學(xué)第64~(th)年會的主要內(nèi)容和目標;歸納"機體對運動反應(yīng)/適應(yīng)的生物網(wǎng)絡(luò)"研究的報告熱點;介紹美國國立衛(wèi)生院資助項目,"人類體力活動的分子傳感器"的研究設(shè)計和組成。建立各取所長、分工合作的研發(fā)聯(lián)盟是進行運動促進健康分子機制研究的必要途徑;基于集合最新研究技術(shù)和分析方法,從宏觀到微觀再到宏觀,從整體到局部再到整體的整合性系統(tǒng)實驗設(shè)計是鏈接運動益處與其作用機制的橋梁。在未來,該領(lǐng)域的研究成果不僅僅是精準運動的實現(xiàn)、運動依存性的提高和對慢性病的輔助治療,同時如果能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)傳遞運動益處的分子并研發(fā)成產(chǎn)品,這必將會為人類健康產(chǎn)生深遠影響。
[Abstract]:The main contents and objectives of the 64th Annual Conference of Sports Medicine in the United States are summarized, and the focus of the research on "Biological Network of body response to exercise / adaptation" is summarized. This paper introduces the research design and composition of the National Institutes of Health (NHS) funded project, Molecular sensors for Human physical activity. The establishment of research and development alliances with different strengths and division of work and cooperation is a necessary way to study the molecular mechanism of sports promotion of health; based on the collection of the latest research techniques and analytical methods, from macro to micro to macro to macro, The experimental design of integrative system from whole to part to whole is a bridge between the benefits of link motion and its mechanism of action. In the future, the research in this field will not only be the realization of precise exercise, the improvement of sports dependence and the adjuvant treatment of chronic diseases, but also if the molecules that deliver the benefits of exercise can be found and developed into products, This is bound to have a profound impact on human health.
