【摘要】：原發(fā)性小腸淋巴瘤治療措施以手術(shù)切除為主,目前早期診斷困難,術(shù)后5年生存率極低,因此合理利用各種影像檢查手段,力求早期診斷、早期治療是提高生存率的關(guān)鍵。本文旨在介紹小腸鋇餐造影、多排螺旋CT檢查、MRI檢查、內(nèi)鏡檢查、核醫(yī)學(xué)檢查及超聲成像在原發(fā)性小腸淋巴瘤診斷中的應(yīng)用及最新進(jìn)展,并闡述各種檢查的優(yōu)勢(shì)及不足,為臨床及影像醫(yī)師的臨床工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Surgical resection is the main treatment for primary small intestinal lymphoma. At present, the early diagnosis is difficult, and the 5-year survival rate is very low. Therefore, the key to improve the survival rate is to make use of various imaging methods to make early diagnosis. The purpose of this article is to introduce the application and recent progress of small bowel barium meal examination, multi-slice spiral CT examination and MRI, endoscopy, nuclear medicine and ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary small intestinal lymphoma, and to expound the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of examinations. To provide a reference for clinical and imaging physician's clinical work.
