【摘要】：目的總結(jié)肺動(dòng)脈吊帶(pulmonary artery sling,PAS)的MSCT血管成像特點(diǎn),探討該檢查對(duì)PAS的診斷價(jià)值。方法選取我院2012年7月~2015年12月收治的PAS患兒11例,所有患兒均行DR平片及CT檢查。結(jié)果本組患兒臨床表現(xiàn)為呼吸急促,咳嗽及間斷發(fā)熱;DR表現(xiàn)為兩肺血增重,兩肺斑片影及心影增大;MSC血管成像顯示主肺動(dòng)脈擴(kuò)張,左肺動(dòng)脈起自右肺動(dòng)脈,沿左主支氣管后壁向后外側(cè)延伸。結(jié)論 MSCT血管成像可直觀、準(zhǔn)確的顯示心外大血管的形態(tài)及氣管受壓程度,對(duì)本病的臨床診斷起著重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the characteristics of MSCT angiography of pulmonary artery slingingpas in pulmonary artery sling, and to evaluate the diagnostic value of this examination in PAS. Methods from July 2012 to December 2015, 11 cases of PAS were treated in our hospital. All of them underwent Dr plain film and CT examination. Results the clinical manifestations of the children were shortness of breath, coughing and intermittent fever. The findings of Dr showed that the blood of both lungs increased. MSC-angiography showed that the pulmonary artery was dilated, the left pulmonary artery originated from the right pulmonary artery, and the left pulmonary artery originated from the right pulmonary artery. Extend to the posterolateral side along the posterior wall of the left main bronchus. Conclusion MSCT angiography can visualize the shape of extracardiac great vessels and the degree of trachea compression, which plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of this disease.
