【摘要】：目的探究64排螺旋CT對冠心病的診斷價值,為臨床提供指導。方法選取2014年10月~2016年5月我院收治的疑似冠心病患者66例作為研究對象,對其均實施64排螺旋CT掃描以及冠狀動脈造影檢查,以冠狀動脈造影檢查的結果作為金標準,研究對比64排螺旋CT掃描和冠狀動脈造影檢查的結果,分析64排螺旋CT對冠心病的診斷價值。結果 64排螺旋CT掃描冠心病的敏感性為90.00%,特異性為83.33%,準確率為89.39%,將其準確率和冠狀動脈造影檢查(100.00%)進行對比,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論對冠心病患者實施64排螺旋CT檢查具有較顯著的臨床意義,準確率較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT for coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-six patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2016 were selected as study subjects. 64-slice spiral CT scan and coronary angiography were performed. The results of coronary angiography were taken as the gold standard. The results of 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiography were compared and the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT in coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT scan for coronary heart disease were 90.005, 83.33 and 89.39, respectively. There was no significant difference between the sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiography (P 0.05). Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT examination has significant clinical significance and high accuracy in patients with coronary heart disease.
