【摘要】：目的:開展民航特色的藥學(xué)服務(wù),編寫《民航飛行人員藥物手冊》供飛行員或航空醫(yī)師用藥參考。方法:計算機檢索PubMed,CNKI,WanFang Data,檢索時限均從建庫至2014年12月,進行文獻研究內(nèi)容分析,調(diào)查飛行人員用藥現(xiàn)狀及藥物安全性評價,并參考民航飛行員體檢鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和指南,確定藥物品種,進行《民航飛行人員藥物手冊》的編寫。結(jié)果:總結(jié)了常見的23類癥狀性用藥和6類慢病用藥,共涉及132種藥物,按照體例編寫手冊,內(nèi)容淺顯重點突出,對飛行員用藥進行安全提示或治療可能產(chǎn)生的不良反應(yīng)或損害進行提示。結(jié)論:該手冊為飛行人員及航醫(yī)臨床用藥安全提供了參考資料,既實用又方便,降低工作危機及用藥風(fēng)險,減少用藥不良事件,保障民航飛行安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to develop the characteristic pharmaceutical service of civil aviation and compile the Handbook of Civil Aviation Flying personnel Pharmacology for the reference of pilots or aerologists. Methods: a computer-based search was conducted for PubMedine CNKI Wan Fang data. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 2014. The contents of literature studies were analyzed, and the status of drug use and drug safety evaluation among pilots were investigated, and the criteria and guidelines for medical examination of civil aviation pilots were consulted. To determine the variety of drugs, the preparation of the "Civil Aviation Flying personnel Drug Manual". Results: 23 kinds of symptomatic drugs and 6 kinds of slow diseases drugs were summarized. 132 kinds of drugs were involved. Prompt pilots for safe use of drugs or adverse reactions or damages that may result from treatment. Conclusion: the manual provides a reference for the safety of clinical use of drugs for pilots and navigation doctors, which is practical and convenient, reduces the working crisis and the risk of drug use, reduces the adverse events of drug use, and ensures the safety of civil aviation flight.
