【摘要】：探討多層螺旋CT血管成像技術(shù)（multi-slice computed tomographyangiography, MSCTA）在主動脈夾層（aortic dissection, AD）的診斷價值及MSCTA在診斷AD及主動脈壁內(nèi)血腫（intramural hematomas, IMH）中的價值，為臨床選擇適當(dāng)?shù)�、合理的診療方案提供幫助。本文收集2010年1月至2012年3月于我院放射科行多層螺旋CT主動脈檢查并滿足條件的患者共102例，并用常規(guī)平掃和CTA增強(qiáng)掃描，檢查后將圖像傳送至工作站進(jìn)行相關(guān)后處理，包括多平面重建（multiplanar reconstruction,MPR）、曲面重建（curved planar reconstruction , CPR）、容積再現(xiàn)（valumerendering，VR）及最大密度投影（maximum intensity projection , MIP），對主動脈病變進(jìn)行分析，并觀察其中的規(guī)律。所有統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理均由SPSS16.0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明，MSCTA能夠較好的顯示主動脈病變特點，能較好的鑒別AD及IMH，并能提供除主動脈病變以外的其它并發(fā)癥，，為臨床診斷及治療提供豐富的影像學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice computed tomographic angiography (MSCTAT) in aortic dissection (AD) and the value of MSCTA in the diagnosis of AD and intramural hematomas (IMHs). From January 2010 to March 2012, 102 patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT aortic examination in our radiology department and satisfied the conditions. The images were transmitted to the workstation for post-processing by routine plain scan and CTA enhanced scan. It includes multiplanar reconstruction, curved surface reconstruction, curved planar reconstruction, volumetric reconstruction, maximum intensity projection and maximal density projection. All statistical processing was analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. The results showed that MSCTA could better display the characteristics of aortic lesions, differentiate AD and IMH, and provide other complications other than aortic lesions, and provide abundant imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
